Scam, signup bonuses never arrive. Online live chat doesn't exist. Wait time on customer service has been 4 hours. This isn't a company that cares about your service. This is a guy in the back of a van seeing what he can get before a regulator cracks the whip. Money has come out of my account and not appeared on tote, customer service is impossible to get hold of. I'll be filing a bank report for the cash back.

Had a bet that I wanted to cash out. One staff member told me I could cash out, another said I couldn’t. Misleading info.

Signed up to get the new customer offer but the site says I'm not in the UK so can't have it. I'm in the UK so confused why this is, never mind I won't waste my money with then.

I have no complaints about this site quickest payout and received my bonus glad I joined

This lot crack me up
Constantly whining with pop up screens about safe responsible gambling. You can't watch a race with them telling you you've been logged in for a few minutes. Then you get an email about free bet if you bet 200 lol

But it's all nonsense just for show cos they've increased minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amount
They also close between midnight and 8am because they care about safety (again)

Also you get shots at spin the wheel but all you get is 2€

Do not trust this company withdrew my funds from my account on the 13th Jan.Took them till the 29th January to get refund .Numerous excuses their latest one been is there funds were held by a third party.I believe it was on my threat of a writ that they paid me

Over £200 and not win. Based on this I unfortunately would not recommend,played at £1 stake and 60p stake,over at least 6 different games and at different times of the day. Obviously I know you can’t win every time. Deposited at midnight to find out that games are closed 12-8am,so withdrew my money back. On the plus side the money was back in my account within an hour!

Customer service the worst ever, ask for email, dob, and postcode in order to assist and still kept waiting 40 mins by JOHN without once coming back despite showing him online

where do i begin with this site, firstly making deposits i set a £60 cap on my account after the first deposit it said i exceeded my limit so i went onto livechat they said its from my end as my balance must of been insufficient id more than enough in my bank i tried threw the computer and worked fine so i messaged them and said i got it sorted and started playing the slots i got a message saying thats great i clicked it off the screen and it started to lag on the slot it was bearable this was followed by 5 more messages when i removed the 4th message it caused the screen to freeze and crashed the app, when i logged back in the slots lag was ridiculous & it certainly wasnt my internet as there wasnt a issue before they started messaging i eventually got a bonus after £42 it paid 0x my first ever 0x on dog house at this point each spin was taking 7-10 seconds to complete there was £8 left in my account i just closed the thing down i couldnt care less about the £8 stop messaging players repeatedly looking for positive feedback on youre chat when you didnt even fix my issue

This is a scam website. Please be aware. First of all they never give you the freebet they promise. More importantly, they charge your card multiple times and they don't answer. I had to call my bank and cancel the card to stop bleeding.

Join this site about 2 months ago thought it was just like any other betting site. Very difficult to understand the placing of bets.

The casino site initially had no blackjack games available that was 2 to 3 months ago. That's my kick blackjack.

So logged in last week 2 my surprise blackjack was now added to the site.

I'm telling you I have never know a platform that consistently give the dealer picture card after picture card the first card.

Its off putting and although the dealer didn't win every hand with the consistent picture card showing it soon lead to.me making multiple deposits.

It just eat my credit card I felt like a mouse approaching a piece of cheese on a mousetrap.

So the trap caught my leg I quickly pulled myself together and abandoned the blackjack platform.
