It's OK
It's a decent service, could do well worse. Pros, cons below:
Pros:
- access to the excellent EE infrastructure
- very flexible pricing options
- responsive customer support
Cons:
- access to the EE infra is limited: no LTE band 20 (not an issue in cities), no VoLTE (calls will fall back on 3G), no 5G, speed limited to 80/35 Mbps
- no "unlimited data" plans
- buggy website, doesn't look like the devs ever tested Firefox/mobile

I switch from Lebara mobile to moon mobile
i Had problem with coverage in my home,but with moon mobile its very good coverage and i paid £10 for 3 month 10gb data and unlimited call in uk,,and also flexible to choose any plan that require, i can say

Too many problems..
Too many problems..
Slow at fixing the problems.
Unlimited SMS is limted very limited send so many & it triggers a block to stop commercial activity.
Good signal customer service are nice but the need to ask someone to fix issues and that someone isn't as available as they are. Unfortunately I'm going back to o2 until its tothestars promises of tothemoon

Unboxing experience is one of the best.
Was not for me as the EE signal in my area is rubbish (get H+ or G) and I am home bound so no point really - Good bundles but I give them 5 stars for 2 reasons.
1. They give you 512MB and Unlimited Texts/Minutes for a week to try them out. Nice!
2. They are the only provider I've ever got a SIM from where a SIM ejection Tool is included on the other side of the SIM - Someone thought the whole customer experience out properly and it shows! :)

Saw the advert on Facebook so thought I would give it a try?Nice touch getting the pin with the SIM card.Recieved it with 3 days and the set up was straightforward.WS given updates while I was waiting and an invoice too with all the details.Was professional throughout.So all seems well it’s very fast to.Anyway it’s a 3 month test so if everything is ok after then I’m gonna stick with it permanently.Below some comments for the future:
Biometric login:not important but would be a nice touch
Unlimited data for £25/30:Think would tempt a few more over?
Try and stick with ee network don’t do what Asda mobile did they was on ee I was with them for years until they moved to Vodafone with an Egyptian call centre they made a hash brown of everything.Everybody is leaving that network now.

Why this company exists I do not know I ordered a sim 26th April. Surprise surprise not sim. Had to contact via PayPal to get my refund of £10.
No explanation as to why sim hasn't arrived just told to wait until today Wed 5th May

Left disabled child and epileptic mum with with no phone.
One star is too good for these people. I joined Dec 2020, good prices, reasonable coverage- that's where it ends. I'm severely epileptic and have a disabled child, currently in temp accomodation, not able to have a landline here. Due too covid like most, we've been isolating. Only people I text are my sister, boyfriend and my mum. The SIM said it had been blocked, no idea why. I contacted customer support too be told. It was due too my usage. I'd apparently used 2000 texts ( in 3 weeks) not excessive to the people I had mentioned. They wanted me to send screenshots of my texts to there customer service, not a chance, my conversations are private thank you. Due to my phone not working, I missed calls from my vets and couldn't order a taxi too fetch a vital prescription. No apology, only sarcasm wishing me a nice day with no phone. I've never experienced this in my life. You could of risked a Young childs Life. Absolutely shameful. I've never had service like this with any provider

Sim activation failure
I received my sim yesterday 8th April 21, followed instructions to activate. Something wrong, reinstalled app, followed instructions again, something wrong. Had live chat with customer service who informed me there was a network issue with new sims and would be resolved. 24hrs later, issue with sim activation has not been resolved. contacted customer service via live chat.
No time scale could be given for when issue with new sim activation would be resolved. Now as a new customer that sent alarm bells ringing so took the decision to cancel and request refund. Now have to wait 14 days for a refund.
Customer service replies were pleasant, I cannot fault that, but and it is a big BUT , the replies were vague and open ended to when the issue would be resolve....I liken it to the phrase "how long is a piece of string"
I hope they will get the issue resolved quickly for their sakes as new customers will be hard to retain if it is not.
Unfortunately for me the vagueness of how long the issue was going to take was an issue for me that made up my mind to cancel.

Best Network So Far
I've been with Vodafone and Smarty, and I like To The Moon the best. The customer service at TTMM is SUPERIOR compared to the other two. Vodafone is just a bunch of bots and Smarty's is straight up non-existent. At To The Moon, they have REAL PEOPLE and help you in seconds.

An outstanding mobile network
An outstanding mobile network offering the best bang for your buck. My experience at To The Moon Mobile has been short but the impression they have made on me has been impressive.
Of the many networks I've come across, I don't think i've ever seen one that has offered a larger range of tariffs from 2gb all the way to 80. If they every offer unlimited, that would be amazing.
Everything can be managed through their app. I am not very tech-savvy and had no problems browsing the app, but I know that if I do need help, there is a live chat feature within the app where you can speak to a customer service agent for any and all issues.
Moving on to the coverage itself. I’ve noticed the speeds and the coverage have been very reliable. It’s the best I’ve received so far if I’m comparing to my past experiences with competitors.
Overall, I am over the moon with to the moon))) Pun intended.
