the second is that a break stops you logging in and does not stop the marketing
i took a seven day break on the 2nd and had four promotional emails during it, one of them a reload offer with a deadline inside the break window. asked whether that is intended and was told marketing preferences are managed separately. that answer is technically true and completely misses the point

case 40182 is the one that still bothers me. the account went from verified to pending overnight with no message at all. i noticed because the cashout button had gone. raised it on the 3rd. the first reply called it a periodic review. asked where periodic reviews are described. nothing. asked how long one takes. nothing. asked whether the cashout stays frozen throughout, and that got a yes. thirteen days later it flipped back to verified, again with no message, and the money moved two days after that.
