Been getting toucan crafts for few years now for my grandson the crafts are of very high quality & great customer services, I've had to pause my subscription twice now due to financial difficulty, they have been extremely supportive & answer queries very quickly can't recommend them enough.

I have been buying Toucan crafts for many years for my granddaughter who is autistic & finds concentration hard. We have always loved the craft boxes and she has always been pleased with the results. The high quality & comprehensive nature of the materials provided and the careful instructions add to the creativity and ingenuity of the crafts. Thankyou Toucan!

Beautiful crafts and very engaging and interesting. In addition to the beautifully packaged craft materials, there's also a magazine which is quite engaging in itself and gives other ideas for additional crafts. I highly recommend these for younger kids; guaranteed to keep them entertained. Their customer service is also excellent. Whenever I've needed to contact them they've always been very responsive either through WhatsApp or email. Keep it up!

Really great idea for kids. Beautifully packaged and fun crafts, always themed and keep my LG interested. She loves the surprise each month. Would definitely recommend.

My child has enjoyed the boxes received over the years. Though I have found the quality has varied, dependent on the task; overall it has been a really enjoyable subscription. The personalised box, and the fridge magnets were always a big hit! Overall, a good service over the years, though as others have stated the website and cancellation process could be made easier. Overall, I would highly recommend for younger children, to help them gain independence when crafting - a Toucan box has certainly saved us from boredom on a rainy afternoon or two!

My son is giddy with excitement when his toucanbox arrives. He loves the two crafts and the packed magazine with activities, recipes and puzzles.

My daughter loved receiving the Toucan box every month. They were always full of creatively thought out crafts with easy to follow instructions. Whenever there were any issues (which was rare), they were always very quick to reply and find a solution. I would definitely recommend it.

Ordered a 12 month plan for a box and its almost impossible to cancel this subscription. I think its on purpose when u see all the other negative comments. Tried email,whats app etc.

The Toucan box customer service team responded quickly and positively to my request for assistance. Over the 4 years I have been subscribing to their service I have never had any complaint. Their service level has been excellent.

Great customer service, they go that extra mile to help and a lovely activity/craft for the children. Adds that extra excitement of being delivered just for them.

I have been with Toucan for about 7 years now. The items they send have been so relevant to my child's development. It has made her more creative and with being home schooled, she doesn't miss out on any occasion throughout the year. Now that I have my son to join her, I am happy to add him to the subscription, so that they get creative together. It helps with their motor skills and supports children with creativity which then contributed to them being open minded individuals.
