This has been an awesome subscription. My daughter has really enjoyed the craft projects and got so excited when she saw the parcel each time.
These guys lost a star because cancelling the subscription could really have been much easier. FYI we're cancelling because my daughter is so much more into science experiments now. If I could afford to subscribe to both a science and a crafts company, I would stay with Toucan.
They really are fabulous crafts and so well thought out. I've been with them since 2022 and I'm sorry to leave them.

Lovely resources and easy to follow instructions. Great for my children from ages 3-7. A nice activity to have at hand for a rainy day. Customer service always excellent.

If you have toddlers upwards to older ‘crafters & scientists’ then Toucan Boxes are a great asset. I’ve invested in them for my 4 grandchildren and great nephew and they’ve all loved them. They have shared their works of art and experiments with enthusiasm and joy. Fabulous fun whilst learning. Toucan encourages talking whilst making, investigating and learning new skills. All in a box that pops though your letter box.

We initially took out a subscription for our first grandchild and have continued with the subscriptions across a number of grandchildren for several years. The children have thoroughly enjoyed receiving the boxes in the post and making the crafts. It's great that everything is included and you don't have to hunt around for extra components. The crafts are always interesting and fun to do. You can also choose which crafts appear in the boxes which is a great idea.

We have used Toucan Box for a number of years. The variety and quality of crafts are excellent with great options for both our 5 and 8 year old. We have had no issues at all however when we have had a general query, the customer service response has been fantastic. Our children love seeing the boxes arrive and it is a lovely family activity doing thr crafts together. We have also taken them on holiday to entertain. We would highly recommend toucan vox to all families.

My Son loves his Toucanbox. His communication was delayed, as many covid-babies have been, and the box really helped with his concentration and ability to follow instructions.

He now loves crafting and drawing in general, and I do believe that Toucanbox was the driver for that.

I ordered Toucan boxes for both my children and was always impressed by the variety of the activities and content in the magazine. It’s a great gift - I highly recommend.

My granddaughter has really enjoyed receiving Toucanboxes every month addressed to her. The craft packs are very good quality and the instructions are clear, step by step. They are a wonderful way to introduce children to craft work.

My daughter (6) loves receiving her own post addressed to her! The craft activities are just the right level of easy enough to do but still a little bit of a challenge and sometimes something to get mummy involved in too, which is the perfect balance to keep them (and me!) interested! We love the more recent additions too where there is also a play factor at the end, such as the frog blowers with the velcro tongues catching the felt crowns - works really well and created lots of giggles! I have recently decided to pause the subscription for a few months which was super easy to do, just a quick whatsapp message and someone got back to me in a few hours, kindly offered to reduce the subscription price for me for a few months or to continue with the pause, no pressure to keep it up. I have decided to still pause for a few months as having been subscribed for a while now we are a little bit overwhelmed with beautiful creations filling up the house! But didn't want to cancel altogether as my daughter still loves these and will be wondering when her next package will arrive soon enough. Would definitely recommend, and with it being easy enough to cancel there's no harm in trying it to see if your little one enjoys it too

Brilliant boxes for my children (5 and 9) and very well thought through.

They provide lovely crafting sets in a subscription basis, easy to follow, everything supplied. Great magazine too.
My boy has simply lost interest in crafting so I looked into cancelling- the support and customer experience was second to none, all options offered, with good will gestures too, to maintain custom in a non competitive way. Really genuine customer care. I did not feel pressurised to stay as a customer and I did cancel as it was the right thing for us.
We may return at a later date when my boy shows an interest again- currently it’s parkour and sports all day!!

These boxes have been exceptional for our 3 and 6 year olds. I've been subscribing for 2 or 3 years and every box is different with nothing repeated for the whole time. They've led the children to go off and do their own variation on the month's theme . The boxes have allowed teaching of lots of different skills which they may otherwise not have experienced . Highly recommended !

I have used them for about a year, and quite honestly, I cannot fault them. I have been getting a monthly box designed for my child's age, and I got a subscription for a monthly box with two activities inside. They were always really fun, and perfect for the season: i.e, making an ice rink with moving walrus in winter, or getting a make your own greenhouse with seeds in summer time. The customer service team is also very responsive and helpful.
Every monthly box comes in addressed to your child-and this always used to be very exciting as they get a parcel that has their name on it! All crafts are also very age appropriate and instructions are written in a way that it is easy to follow. I have thoroughly enjoyed every box, and the magazine with fun excercises!

Great product, would highly recommend it.

Beautifully presented packs with everything you need for the creative projects - no hunting around for your roll of sellotape that's lurking hidden under the sofa!
My grandson has loved them & the materials have encouraged his creativity in so many different directions.
