Fab, Fun toys

All the toys are made with love and care.
Thought is given to each production of different toys and what they should achieve building relationships with our dogs but mostly having fun.

Super grippy lead

Super grippy lead. I couldn’t find a decent lead in my local pet shops. My new puppy is pulling on the lead & her old lead would slip through my hands. This one allows me to have a proper hold on her. My only comment is I would have preferred it to be a bit thicker but otherwise perfect.

Disappointed

I was sent the wrong coloured tugger and was told the colour I ordered was not available. So why not say that when I placed the order. Disappointing.

Hi Carol, I am sorry you were not happy with your order.
To put into perspective, you ordered a green Sheepskin Chase The Ace, and that is what you were sent. The sheepskin section was a lighter colour than the picture shown on the website, but still green, and as stated in the product description on the website, the sheepskin colour may vary from that shown.
In our correspondence you were offered a full refund as you were not happy with your order, which you declined.

Great product

Great product. I hadn’t used this company before but loved the look of their products. Ordered a toy for my dog’s birthday and extremely happy with it. Well made and exciting colours. My dog loved it. Fast delivery and communication good

The products are fantastic

The products are fantastic! Bright, durable, fun and all the dogs love them (& so do I). I use them for training with clients puppies and always recommend them. My only grumble and reason for 4 stars is that the delivery was quite expensive considering it took 10 days to get to me & the communication that it would take that long was none existent.

New Toy Day!

Ordered some new tuggies and udder toys for my collie - he loves new toy day!

The website is clear they are a small business (not Amazon!) and regularly attend shows so to expect the deliveries to be despatched within 7 working days and they were.

The toys arrived and my boy is happy!
