I’ve bought several pieces for my wife…

I’ve bought several pieces for my wife and noticed how she gets compliments all the time! Now this is my go to brand for bdays, anniversaries and holidays. The quality and price are reasonable I highly recommend them, can’t wait to buy more for her!

First and last time customer

I was shopping late one night and decided to go ahead an order from them for the first time. Most items I wanted was out of stock which is always with this vendor. However I saw they had fifty percent off and free shipping, so why not. I ordered three items and got the two promotional offers. But after I paid there was a 3.95 added to my order that was not there when you view the entire order, it did not show up until after the order was placed. So I said ok no big deal, come to find out this is a protection charge in case package is lost or damaged. Then the next morning I get up and see my order is confirmed so I browse the sight some more and come to find out they extended the promotion and one more item I wanted was back in stock. So I go to order it, regular price 69.99 with 50 percent off, it should be 34.99 plus tax! Nope, they jacked the price up to 72.99 when placed in your cart and only took off $15.00 dollars. I was like yeah this place is a rip off, they must be black owned. So I came to see if there were reviews and true enough most have come to the same conclusion as I about this establishment. I will not be ordering from them again.

Greedy as fraud bishes

I placed this order and received confirmation for 5-7 business day the item would be delivered. I always take screenshots, forward the emails etc so that I’ll always have receipts to back up what I am saying. After 9-10 business days not only did I not receive the package but it hadn’t even shipped. When I contacted the company, I simply requested that the order be canceled. It was no longer needed because the event that I purchased it for had long passed. They responded and told me that they wouldn’t cancel the order. Here’s the killer part, the SEAMSTRESS WAS STILL MAKING IT 😂. Like y’all GTFOHWTBS. STOP. And that it’ll take 11-15 to create and the 5-7 business days to ship. I immediately contacted my bank sent over the evidence and got my coins back. Because they still refused to give me my money back. These people are frauds honey don’t waste your time.

I am always skeptical about online…

I am always skeptical about online boutiques, however Touch Dolls was a great experience. I was able to use afterpay and got a great deal on the merchandise I ordered. The clothing sizes were accurate and the material is good. I expected to have to return something but everything arrived within two weeks an as described. I received a note and email regarding the Delano item being shipped late because it was made to order. I'll be ordering again.

I ordered a 420 mask by mistake

I ordered a 420 mask by mistake. I thought it was more of a glittery leafy mask like JLos dress in one of her music videos. I emailed them for my order number to return it. They never replied. This was a year ago before COVID laid out the return rules on masks. So I sent it back anyways. Then I emailed them again with a certified label I paid for. After a year of filing reports through the post office and emailing them, I got no where. They never returned my mask. And I was offered a 5$ gc with them. I was told they are overseas and not a real company in America. I guess that’s why they only hold a P.O. Box. So shady. Don’t trust.

Scammed out of 40 dollars

I had ordered a dress from touch dolls that I had to return back in March...they only give you store credit which is fine...so I ordered something else and that didn’t fit either . So a month goes by , I’m still trying to contact them, they keep telling me they need my receipt for the return from fedex , other than that it’s noting they can do . I don’t think I’ll ever be ordering from them again . They keep saying they can’t locate my package even though I gave them the return receipt inside . They keep saying they need the tracking number ...this company is too scamming for me .
#Update, I randomly found the receipt in a bag ,I finally got my store credit a week later ...In the future though , I’m going to still be iffy ordering from them ..process took wayyyy too long and they don’t pay for you to ship them the item

I want to say I’m out of $105. I ordered April 19 it’s May 6. When I reached I was told I didn’t read their policy well you can only cancel with 2 hours of of ordering ( a joke) and it takes to 15 days for a tracking number LOL now as much as I shop SIMPLY DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! not worth it!

Even from a boutique, 15 days for just a few tracking number. Yeah no.

We appreciate your patience as we work hard to complete this item for you.

Unfortunately, as per our store policy, we are only able to cancel orders within 2 hours of it being placed. This item is currently in production by our seamstress. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

No customer service!!!!!

I have ordered from this company 3-4 times I’ve never had an issue till I returned a dress the end of February. The dress was delivered to them March 1st. They say return processing is 15-20 business which is ridiculous but hey I waited it is now April 4th, 2021. I do not have a store credit or anything. they have their item I returned and my money. THIEVES!!

Don't bother!

This company's customer service outweighs every positive experience with them. I paid for expedited shipping only to receive my items two weeks later. The refused to cancel the order only to suddenly ship my order. Pathetic!

Customer Services is LACKING

Customer Services is LACKING! The response time takes long and its usually short without accurately responding to all concerns/queries. Be sure of what you are purchasing as requesting a change or any query takes forever for any response or action.

On another occasion I didn't get my package and even though I automatically paid the extra money for the insurance (Route) they did not care when I advised my package did not come. what is the purpose then of taking the extra money for "Route"?!

Disappointment to it's best

Customer service for this boutique I the worst. They claim that is because of covid but when you sent them an email you will never get a response. I've ordered some items with them since the month of August and still till this day waiting like an idiot for them to send me my package. Also the location they tell you to return for a return is closed (like very in professional). I'm from Canada and I asked my best friend from Miami to go to the location and nothing.
Will never buy there again.👎

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I ordered from this company twice, my first order I was made aware they did not have the merchandise I originally ordered and offered something else. After communicating I’d accept the new merchandise but in a different size, the company still mailed me the wrong size. I then saw online the items I originally wanted were available so I quickly ordered them. I ordered these items Oct. 6th it is the end of October and I’ve checked online, only to find out my order hasn’t even shipped yet. I have emailed this company and text the customer number twice and I have received no replies. I understand some shipping issues but this company is poorly ran and customer service is almost non existent. Shop else where don’t waste your time or money!

Don't believe the negative reviews

I've seen all the negative reviews and I am appalled. I've been ordering from them for the last 2 years and I love everything about this company. When one of my shipments said delivered and it didn't, they were willing to give me a refund but it was delivered later that day. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company.

They’re awful. They aren’t customer centric. Their clothing isn’t catered to the average female. They refuse to give refunds, then will lie and be outright rude to people who blast them in Google reviews or BBB. DO NOT SHOP THERE! There are so many small businesses who do care about customer service and this isn’t one of them.
