I'm so sad, the ring i was excited about was just a scam.
They provided pictures and videos of the finished product with so much pixels it was difficult to see. And their answers were that I had to trust them that it was perfect.
The basket are not aligned and the centerstone not properly polished on the underside.
They have trouble understanding explanations in English to make changes, and they shift responsibility over to the customer as soon as they can.
Not willing to solve issues at any cost, even when I offer to pay. They are super friendly until it is a problem, then they don't help you.
Stay clear!!!

After doing lots of research, I am glad I chose Touche Doree to create my engagement ring. What they created for me is beautiful, elegant and unique. I also thought the price was reasonable compared to other companies.

I was delightfully surprised when I received it. I can't stop looking at it because it is so beautiful. They customised my ring perfectly. The craftsmanship and design are of a very high standard.

Also, their customer service was excellent. I was pleased with their communication. I was informed at every stage of production and shipment.

I would use them again.

I bought this as my wedding ring and it's so beautiful! It's not too big on my finger and the sizing is actually perfect. 10/10 Would buy again.
