Please Read before you enrol!!
Spent money on a two day course. To just be sold alternative courses costing over £10k+. Day 2 i thought give it ago nothing more to loose, 2 hours into day 2 and I asked a simple question... when will we be taught more rather than sold another course? I got removed for the training! I have evidence of all of this. My mother was killed last year and I honestly took this on out of my comfort zone as a distraction and to help my grieving family and this is the example I got met with. I'm more than devastated and appalled that this is the treatment you recieve after asking a fair question. I have a lawyer looking into this company to save others from being scammed.

First, we want to say that we are very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother, and we appreciate that stepping into something new during such a difficult time would not have been easy.
That said, we do need to clarify a few important points.
Our two-day property workshops are designed to provide education, strategy, and insight into the different routes available within property investing. As part of that, we do explain what further support is available for those who choose to continue their education, but attendance at any future programme is entirely optional.
Regarding your comment about being removed from the event, delegates are not removed simply for asking questions. We actively encourage questions throughout our training. In situations where a participant is removed, it is typically due to repeated disruption to the session which impacts the experience of other attendees.
We also take the word “scam” very seriously. Thousands of people have attended our training and many have gone on to build successful property businesses after applying what they learned.
While we understand that not every course will be the right fit for every individual, we strongly reject any suggestion that our training is intended to mislead.

Unfortunately just by signing up for a free session it became impossible to stop texts, calls and emails.
Despite‘declining’ the invitation which appeared in my calendar, it was impossible to delete z(I had checked my security and privacy). I possibly allowed them access when n I signed up but who knows. When I blocked One person, then another different number popped up. This despite unsubscribing and declining the on line session.
So this is a hard sell. The free session reviews say no information is given. They just want you to pay for a fee paying session.
My experience is Avoid, don’t sign anything and block

Beth was friendly, professional and really knows her stuff. We talked big picture and also detail - modelling the BRR-SA strategy so that I really understood how to analyse the deal. My experience with Touchstone Wealth…
My experience with Touchstone Wealth Limited has involved a number of serious concerns, including high-pressure sales tactics, lack of transparency, and incomplete handling of personal data, which has resulted in escalation to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
During the sales process, I felt pressured into making payments despite raising over 19 concerns about the service, which were not properly addressed. Contract terms were only provided after payment had been taken, which raised concerns about transparency and clarity of the agreement.
I have also submitted a Subject Access Request (SAR) for my personal data. While some information was provided, key call recordings—particularly the call on 14 November 2025 during which payments were taken—have not been included. The explanation provided for the missing data has not been fully clear, and the matter remains unresolved.
I also experienced a difficult and time-consuming dispute process with credit card providers in order to recover funds.
I strongly advise others to ensure they fully understand all terms before making any payment, and to keep detailed records of all interactions.
This matter is ongoing and has been escalated to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for review.

We also note your comments about transparency and your experience overall. While we do not agree with several aspects of your account, we acknowledge that this has been a frustrating process for you, and we have continued to respond to your queries throughout.
As the matter has been escalated externally, we will of course cooperate fully with any review. In the meantime, we remain committed to ensuring all our processes are clear, fair, and consistently applied.

First 1-1 with Rob Cottingham
I did my first 1-1 with Rob Cottingham the other day after seeing him on a number of Q+A's I attended. I liked his manner so it was great to finally get to speak with him one to one to discuss my long term goals and desired outcomes. Rob is a genuinely nice bloke as well as being very knowledgable in property and supportive. We bonded over music as well which kept things real and it was reassuring to know that we shares the same thoughts on strategies and that he was in the same position as me only a few years ago. Starting on this road is scary but he settled my mind by reiterating on a number of occasions that a belief that success is possible by believing it can happen and by taking it one step at a time and that there is always support available from the wider Touchstone community. I'd highly recommend Rob.

I had me first 1-2-1 with Nicky on the…
I had me first 1-2-1 with Nicky on the 10th April and she is amazing. Having only been with the WA for a month i suffered a personal family trauma which has left me with little time for anything else. A lot of stress, anxiety and worry and I was on the verge of walking away as I have not had any time to progress through the learning and after reading many of the fantastic journeys in the Whatsapp groups of others I felt quite inadequate. Nicky reassured me that this is my journey and to take it at my own pace. She was also very supportive regarding my situation, gave me some small goals to focus on and encouraged me to continue. She is amazing. After my call with Nicky I recweievd a further call from Jenny to check in on me, again offering support when I needed it.
Two amazing ladies and I cannot speak highly enough of them!
