Disappointing with weight loss service

I am disappointed with the service I received here. I experienced an issue with my Wegovy treatment due to incorrect guidance from the pharmacy, which meant my first dose was not administered properly. I was told the situation would be resolved, but when I returned, nothing had been arranged and there was no follow-up support.

This left my treatment disrupted and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. When I asked for a resolution, I was only offered a 50% discount, which I do not feel is fair considering that their prices are already higher than other providers.

Overall, I felt let down and unsupported throughout the process. I hope the pharmacy takes steps to improve communication, reliability, and the way they handle patient concerns.

We have been using TouchWood Pharmacy…

We have been using TouchWood Pharmacy in Woolstone Road, Forest Hill, London, for many years, we have repeat prescriptions and use the pharmacy regularlly. Nicola who is mainly on the counter has always been extremely polite, friendly and professional.
