The size was too small. I requested a refund, but they never got back to me. I emailed them at least five times, but they never responded. Worst company ever—if it doesn't fit, don't expect a refund from them.

Taken money without authorisation. No means to

Saying that they are giving free things and then try to take away 54,59€ out my bank account, and the product wasn’t even close to that price, and I bought because it’s free, it didn’t ask me to pay that amount of money, they just tried to take it away. Terrible.

I placed an order on 27 November 2025 for a total of €171.40. As of today, 6 March 2026, the order has still not been delivered.

I tried to contact the company by sending several emails to their customer service account
, but I have never received any response.

After several months without any updates or customer support, my experience has been very negative.

I hope the company can contact me and clarify the situation regarding order #8416687, as I have not received either the products or a refund.

At this moment, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.

Absolutely awful service. Product never arrived, refund never processed after 4 months of waiting. This is a scam in all possible ways. Avoid the frustration and stay away.

Can somebody close this shop online we couldn't report and theres a lot of people they already taken the payment and no responded for refund no contact email doesn't work either.

Complete fraud. You cannot cancel the subscription, as well as the order itself! It was automatically deducted without my consent, without my consent! I'm now running after the bank. I don't want to pay money to the company for anything. They will not respond when contacted by email. I hope the shop will be closed as soon as possible. That really can't be, I was scammed through boxer shorts.

This is a budget, non-reputable clothing company, or more like a SCAM

This website is a total scam. They lure you in with an ad for a "free pair of boxers," but as soon as they have your card info, they try to charge you €60. It's a fraudulent operation. Stay away and protect your bank account!

Absolute scam. You make an order and they, without your consent, sign you up for a 50€ a month subscription, which you get charged for not even two days after the first order! And you get the email at 4am about this upcoming order and give you 2 hours to cancel it before it ‘gets shipped’, so of course there is not enough time to cancel. Then of course they don’t answer your contact requests and their return link doesn’t work. Avoid them like the plague!

Out right scam took my money gave no tracking details did not respond to my emails when i try to track order on there website says no order found. No delivery no Tracking no replies pathetic

Like everyone else, we were scammed. DO NOT buy, they DO NOT ship!!!

This is totally a scam website. I ordered last 28 February 2026. And after a week they make another order in my behalf without my permission and charge my card. Until now I did not get any of those two orders. Tried to contact them but no reply.
