I have been working with Kevin at Tourlafitness for a while now. What I love about his program most is the delicious recipes that come with his program. Now I never have difficulty figuring out what to eat plus I get my workouts in when I can through the videos Kevin provides. Would highly recommend.

I hope my other review went through. I’m not sure, but this young man does have some great exercises for me to do and the ones I do are not hard for me. I recently got a Cortizone shot in my right knee but the walking I do does help me a lot. Mr. Young is very professional I think but what do I know. He’s OK with me.
