Hotels and arrangements were spot on. Itinerary could be modified to give more time in Cappadocia and Pamukkale on the first day. English speaking guide barely involved himself. Wasted time in Pa... See more

Highly recommend tour
The tour was exceptional. Hotels stay was great. Timing was perfect. Tour guides were really great. They tried to explain everything and make us enjoy every moment. Stefano was really amazing and came up with a puppet show while we walking in Yosemite national park with rain. Brenda always keeps us updated and she found to be very professional. Highly recommended tour.
Daniel our guide was wonderful!!
Daniel our guide was great. He tried his best not to show it but you can clearly see how overworked your guides are, you can see it on the Vietnamese speaking guide too, He is good too and tried not to show his exhaustion. They really need enough time off.
And having 2 different guides speaking different languages, in this case English and Vietnamese is not a problem. But Frank really struggled with English and did a minimum instructions in very broken and sometimes unable to understand English. He is great with his Chinese speaking group, but shouldn't be giving groups in English or two groups with different languages is too much for him. He was looking too exhausted trying to handle 2 groups.
I didn't like to be given twin bed in 3 hotels, because I was with group. I hadn't slept in a small bed since going to university 50 years ago. The first night I fell out of bed while sleeping.
It was not use to get 2 twins and even 3 twins in my room. As a senior solo traveler expected at least a double bed or twins set up together. When talking to hotel clerk, the explanation was you are with the tour group as if I don't pay extra to be on a half decent room.
But all in all it was good and as expected due to the amount of places we saw.
An unforgettable experience
My daughter and I used this company Tours4Fun to book an 8 day tour on our arrival from New Zealand to New York. The booking process was easy and feedback answering any questions was always very prompt and helpful. The price was very reasonable and we were made aware of what was included in the itinerary for the price and the cost of any extras we needed to cover for entrance costs etc. We were aware that the tour was conducted by a Chinese Company with bilingual skills. We were met at the airport by the tour company and couldn’t fault the communication we received through WhatsApp making the pickup at the airport stress free considering our flight was running late. I would not hesitate to use Tours4Fun in the future. We loved the tour we booked, a round trip from New York to Niagara Falls and the eastern states of Canada. We had so many amazing adventures and experiences in our minibus with Chinese companions.
3-day trip to Niagara falls & NYC
I recently joined a 3-day trip to Niagara Falls, New York, which also included visits to the Statue of Liberty and Times Square - and it was such a memorable experience! Our tour guide, Mr. Thomas, truly made the journey exceptional.
He was incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and well-organized throughout the trip. Every detail was thoughtfully planned - from rest stops to sightseeing timings - making everything run smoothly and stress-free. You could tell he really knew his way around, sharing great insights and interesting facts along the way. His positive energy and friendly attitude kept the group engaged and made the trip truly enjoyable.
Special mention to Ms. Vicky, who led our Financial District walking tour in New York City. She had such amazing knowledge and shared fascinating facts about the buildings that surrounded us. I really appreciated her warm attitude and patience, especially towards my elderly parents who walked a bit slower - she made sure they were always comfortable and part of the experience. Her energy and kindness made the walking tour even more memorable!
A big thank you to both Mr. Thomas and Ms. Vicky for making this trip such a wonderful experience to look back on! Highly recommended!!!
4-Day Niagara Falls Budget Tour from New York· Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and Boston
We went on this tour with tour guides Jeffery, Linda and Yoyo.
They took very good care of us during this trip and brought us to all the lovely attractions during our trip!
100% would recommend to others when looking for a trustable and reliable tour group!
Review of 6D/5N East coast tour
Most of the itinerary would only involve taking pictures outside the buildings.
Majority of the Chinese nationals in the tour would litter in the bus. They are also very noisy and would speak loudly as if shouting at each other.
I wish we had more time in the Corning Museum of Glass. The travel was longer than the time at the museum. I’d love to explore the museum more!
Niagara tour was the best! We went on the 2nd floor but didn’t get wet. Thanks to the advice of our tour guide.
We had 2 breakfasts for free yay!
The tour guide offers buffet for 2 dinners and a lunch for 85USD. But I advice against taking it. The restaurants are like sister companies hence repetitive menu items, full of Asian items.
Don’t avail of the free shuttle service from Newark to hotel. This service costs 15 USD per person as “service fee”. Upon arriving at hotel, I checked uber and discovered that I should’ve paid only 16-17USD.
Hotel rooms are decent enough and spacious.
Philadelphia was a waste of time I believe. It’s not worth the hours of drive only to explore it for an hour.

Well planned tour, good food and very helpful, friendly tour guide.
Good tour, some discomforts
The tourist guide was very nice to my family.
I was expecting a bus with a washroom. We traveled, instead, in a van, which was a little bit uncomfortable.
Hotels were pretty decent. I would have enjoyed swimming at the hotel in Montreal, but the pool was under repair.
The food was a little bit overpriced. I, however, enjoyed all of them, especially the maple experience. The exception was the last lunch in the Thousand Islands. The buffet was terrible.
Tour was very organized
Tour was very organized, and our TourGuide (Sarah) was amazing, always care about all the group, and handling very clear an accurate communications with us.

Background:
• I purchased a 4-day group tour package for $662 per day (total $2,648).
• I was placed in a group tour with other travelers who paid significantly lower rates, including $157/day, $200/day, and $300/day.
• These travelers received the exact same hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, and service itinerary as I did.
I understand that prices may vary; however, the extreme discrepancy (up to 76%) between what I paid and what others paid for identical services is not reasonable or justified. There was no value-added benefit to justify the overcharge. This situation constitutes an unjustified overbilling, not merely dissatisfaction with pricing.
I have made every effort to resolve this matter with the tour company, but my concerns were disregarded, and my ability to leave an honest review was blocked.

50/50
It's a hit or miss usually with tours4fun. On one hand some tours are incredibly cheap, but some other seem overpriced. Definitely not solo travelers friendly, prices for single supplements are almost always doubled. Lack of communication from tour operators sometimes, but on the positive side you get a lot more on your itinerary vs other big companies, not always, but often.

Excellent 3-Day Tour Experience!
The trip was very well organized, especially considering how much we covered in just three days. From the pickup to the final drop-off, everything was planned smoothly. The bus was clean, comfortable, and even had mobile charging points. Our driver was professional and drove safely throughout the journey.
Our tour guide, Kevin, was outstanding — knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. While most travelers on the tour spoke Mandarin, he made sure to explain everything clearly in English as well and even pointed out additional places we could explore on our own. The accommodations were well chosen, and Kevin was very thoughtful in suggesting which meal options to go for and which ones we could skip based on our dietary preferences — something we really appreciated, as most guides usually encourage buying the full meal package.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely plan our next trip with Tours4Fun again!
Good bus and excursions were great. Food venues were not satisfactory.
Bus was very comfortable. Excursions were good. Restaurants were below par. Lunch Oct 18 was in a poor venue and the dinner in Montreal seemed to be in a hole in the wall.

Booked Tour4Fun online
When I first booked Tour4Fun online, I was totally scratching my head like, "Is this for real? Is this even a legit travel agent?"
But then, just two days before, I got a WhatsApp message confirming my pickup, and BAM! All those doubts totally vanished.
My pickup from LaGuardia was handled by Ray – super communicative, got me to the hotel smooth as silk.
For the New York Night Tour, Lee was our guy. He was awesome, chatty, and took us to three epic spots around the city.
The next day, for our 3-day adventure, Kevin was our guide. Seriously, the friendliest dude, and he managed our trip through Philadelphia, Washington, Niagara, and finally back to New York like a pro.
And for our last leg, Sky guided us with Edi as the driver. Sky was super on fire, dishing out all the cool history about NY and its amazing buildings.
Honestly, this was an incredibly well-organized budget tour, even with all the hopping between different vehicles and meeting different guides. Totally nailed it!
Fun and family friendly trip
We were a family of 4 (with 2 children) and went to the 2 day Niagara experience from NYC in October with Gladys as our tour guide. She was amazing and friendly towards every one. Her knowledge about Niagara and all the other places we visited were superb. She also took some amazing pictures for the whole family which we will treasure forever. Our driver Moses was very efficient and took us to our destinations perfectly and on time. Highly recommended:)
