Tousains UK is not a UK based company. They are chinese and deliver is therefore woeful. I waited 6 weeks for the Hivegyms and 3 months for the suction cups which are useful. I've also heard every excuse under the sun as to why they are late.

I'm now going to my credit card compnay to get a refund on the suction cups

Identified the broken rail and shipped a replacement same day.

My box arrived looking like it went through a war and a few plastic parts were shattered. I emailed them photos, and they actually analyzed exactly what broke and shipped me a full replacement set for free within 24 hours. No hassle, no arguing. Took me maybe 20 mins to assemble? Very straightforward. The resistance is smooth, feels just like the machines at my old gym but costs way less. Good buy.

I can easily move it from my bedroom to the yard to catch some sun while I row. It folds up so small it hides behind my standing mirror. Perfect for my space.

Bought mini elliptical machine for my husband. He said he would try it because of the 30 day return policy. He couldn't use it so I contacted them to authorize a return. Took almost a week to get a response. They offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the product. What am I supposed to do with it? I want a full refund and I will return the machine.

I am super pissed off. I bought two HiveGyms during the Kickstarter campaign, and I thought I would never have to buy any more dumbbells. One of the HiveGyms immediately stopped charging, so it was unusable. I contacted the company. They were very unresponsive. Finally, they told me they'd send me another one once they figured out the tariff situation. Then my other HiveGym stopped retracting, rendering it unusable. I contacted the company again requesting a refund for both immediately and never heard back. Basically, I've wasted $400, and I'm furious. Never again!

Bought this elliptical for my 70-year-old mom. She loves the gentle motion and simple controls. Only wish the resistance went a little higher.

I'm very happy with the electric foot peddler that I bought, other than 1 thing, the remote control was missing and I still haven't received it, but they did ask me to be patient, so I do believe it will come soon. Still giving a 5 star because it was just a packing mistake, where as the product itself works well, it's well made, it's quiet and is easy to use. If I had to room, I'd buy the rowing machine too.

Supported their kickstarter campaign for the ´Hive Gym´ but after the project got funded there are no more updates and the timeline they presented is already passing deadlines without any news. Very unprofessional and looks like i just lost my money. Hope they see this and prove they are not scammers...
