Excellent quality, Vibrant colors, Excellent customer service
I purchased this bicycle as a gift for my brother who lives in Bangalore. I found them online and instantly liked the look of the bicycle and the vibrant color options. I chose the red hybrid-style bicycle mostly because the commute for my brother was on road (decently in good shape roads). There were other electric bicycle options I looked at but his commute oneway is around ~20km, and I felt this company offered 75KM range at the cheapest price(others were double the cost), I had a slight doubt about the quality when I researched them online, but I was really impressed when I saw the bikes in person and also the youtube reviews really helped me make my mind. what more my brother loved his surprise gift and loves riding them to work. I have to particularly call out thier customer service, who really helped me choose the right bicycle for my brother, as i didnt know much about electric cycles before. and really quick delivery
