Wanted a tow bar for my van with a bumper shield plate and this was just so easy with Towbar2u. Booked in a few days after calling and Neal came right on time and the tow bar is perfect. Had a bend in the crash bar of the van but he overcame that in no time. Great service from call to fitting. With them coming to you it saves you a day off work too.

I have had great service from Towbar2U! Easy to book, quick communication and a timescale that suited me. On the day, a lovely gentleman called Martin came to my work address, explained what he was going to do a gave me a timeline. Unfortunately the weather was pouring down but this didn't stop him. The job was done in good time and Martin explained everything I needed to know, he even let me make a video of his instructions so I can remember everything he said. The job was done properly and left tidy. Very happy with my new towbar. Thanks Martin!

From initial contact with Rebekah and the fitting done by Neil the service provided was exemplary in all aspects.
The fitter taking the time to show me a couple of prior issues with my vehicle and explaining to me in detail the course of action required.
The towbar was fitted with care and precision with everything explained on completion and the vehicle left clean and tidy.
It's the second time I've used them and i have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Josh fitted the quick release towbar and dedicated 13pin electrics with professionalism and demonstated it all working before leaving everything tidy. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I phoned Rebekah at Towbar2u and she couldn’t have been more helpful, I needed a complete tow bar fitted and an ad hock electrical connection done on another vehicle. They rearranged things for me and managed to get it turned around quickly. The fitter Martin was very polite and cheerful and fitted both vehicles in a very timely manner. Fantastic service! I needed my towing electrics coding at short notice. I had a same day appointment with in the hr. They even fixed a fault with the manufacturer's instructions and fitted the canbus connection to the correct place. All in all a Fantastic service from both the office and the field. From the start Rebekah was extremely helpful and professional, on the day of the install I had a car problem so had to change the address, once again Rebekah sorted everything out and the engineer turned up exactly on time. A big shout out to Josh who was the engineer who did a brilliant job and explained how everything worked, he was extremely polite and had a great personality. From start to finish this was a really good experience and would definitely recommend them, well done team Towbar2u. Ps the price was very competitive and the cheapest I found, I would definitely use them in the future.
