Towbar fitted today, had to wait a while because it seems everyone wants one. Fitter arrived on time got on with the fitting, when he had done he explained what and why he had done,excellent job would recommend this company, thanks again.

We had our tow bar fitted by Martin from Romford. The service we received was excellent and he explained everything. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use again on our next vehicle

Absolutely awful service. Arranged to have towbar fitted to my Kia Sportage today they had ordered the wrong part and tried to charge me more money because of the girl in the office had attitude from the boss of towbar2u Company called back the company today to provide me with a full refund and all I got was excuses
extremely poor quality, service and professionalism shown by Towbar2u. I would advise to avoid at all costs. Now getting my towbar fitted by a proper company this afternoon at a lot cheaper then towbar2u for the same service. I would beware of this company and not use them at all

We are over the moon with Towbar2u. They carried out a very excellent job and worked very hard to ensure we were able to go away the next day even though they were running back to back with jobs and already behind. They bent over backwards to get our job done and absolutely brilliant work carried out. Our fitter was remarkable, Martin who took his time and ensured we were comfortable fitting our detachable towbar before he left. He ran through every step very slowly demonstrating each procedure and ensured we knew what we needed to do. His conduct was exemplary, very professional, very friendly and excellent customer care. I would truly recommend Towbar2u to friends and family in the future and would use them again.

Incredibly efficient and absolutely lovely to deal with! I requested help online and they called after 5 mins, gave me all the info I needed, price and a date to do the job within the following 5 days. The day of the fitting, I received a text within the time slot they previously booked with me, to let me know Martin would be with within a 20 min slot. Martin was super punctual, very very nice and helpful, neat and quick. He informed me of everything I needed to know before fitting the tow bar and after he was done.

You won’t believe the price for such amazing service, there’s no fuss since they drive all the way to you! I recommend them 100%!

Absolutely awful service. Arranged to have towbar fitted to my Grand C Max yesterday. Was informed that engineer would arrive and between 12.30 and 2pm. Engineer had a variety of excuses for not arriving on time including being delayed by a previous customer, being stuck in traffic and being double booked by the office.
Eventually did not turn up.
Company called the following day to provide me with a full refund, but we're reluctant to come forward with any real excuse.
I can't emphasise another the extremely poor quality, service and professionalism shown by Towbar2u. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

I thoroughly recommend Towbar2U. Very good value for money and most helpful.

Tow bar fitted today, fitter arrived on time, quality of work was excellent, showed me how it all worked, fitter very courteous, I am satisfied all round with the end result.
Only reason not to give 5* was the office provided the wrong tow bar, for the fitters first visit, even though I had provided the cars VIN number.

Booked home fitting within a week to rural Northumberland.
John was punctual, courteous and experienced. He fitted a detachable swan neck tow bar with electrics to my Jaguar XF estate.
John was tidy and professional and went the extra mile with helping me to fit my bike rack to the tow bar.
Great value and service and convenience. Would definitely recommend.

I woke up after 2 hours sleep after a night shift to allow the fitter to fit towvar to my Audi A6 Allroad He proceeded to fit and knocked in the door when finished The problem was I had asked for a detatchable and he had fitted a fixed towbar Then he showed me the bumper retainer that was supposedly already broken and left only for me to call them back within 5 minutes because of a warning light on the dash It turned out that the electrics we're incorrectly attached to the battery My visual parking aid is now not working but still works audibly COWBOYS AVOID

Cheapest quote by £200 chaper than anyone else. Had a problem with my tail light a couple of days later, phoned them up and they came and fixed the problem. All is good now. Doesnt look ugly as ive seen some on my kind of car model. Would recommend to anyone this company.

Called up to book supply and fitting of towbar went with them as they were able to fit to a deadline i needed the towbar for, Took details and aranged fitting date and took deposit no problems so far. Couple of days later i get a call to say they dont make dedicated electrics for my vechicle. When i told them they do as other companies i had spoke to were able to supply them but not fit to the deadline required i was told they would look into it. Low and behold they eventually found the correct electrics and on the day booked the fitter turned up with the parts. Only to find the towbar was the wrong one. Blaming the office the fitter then proceded to liase with office to get the correct one ordered and rearanged fitting for a few days later. Which was the day i needed the towbar for. He turns up and cant fit the new towbar. After a couple of hours of calls he gives up and says he will do some research and call me in a couple of days with a solution. At this point i am rather annoyed as i now have to hire vechles to complete my jobs so i call the office to cancel and get the money already paid back. The manager was rude and dismissive without accepting responsibilty for any of the mistakes. I called a more reputable company and they identified the correct towbar(the one brought by the fitter on the second visit) and explained a small modification had to be made to it due to the specific version of my vechicle and provided the diagrams from the manufacturer to confirm this. As a bonus the new company is cheaper than towbar2u. So to sum up towbar2u failed to identify the correct electrics failed to identify the correct towbar and then failed to fit the correct towbar and then failed to accept their shortcomings. Look elsewhere

I had my towbar fitted last year by towbar2u. After 15 months all the electrics pack up whilst on holiday in France towing my caravan. I had the car taken into a garage and have been told that the smartboxes have failed and the it's the untidiest wiring job they have seen. I contacted towbar2u only to be told 12 months warranty only and if i wanted them to look £45 call out and then any other repair charges on top. After paying what i paid to have it fitted i would of expected it to last longer than 12 months - poor job. Avoid!

i shopped around for about 4 weeks all quoting stupid prices, believe me they are the cheapest on the market, how they do it compared to their competition i don`t know. the tow bar was top quality, just like the guy who fixed it. my motor is a skoda yeti, he almost had to take the back of the car off, to fix the tow bar.the whole job took just on the hour, the price the staff the techician out of 10 i would give them 15 and recommend to all.

Broke my bumper to remove it from rear of car.
I complained about it and they gave any excuse to not have to repair the issue at hand.
Finally, 1 month later a technician came back out and removed the towbar and said it was down to a BMW part and they were not to blame.

If you want a stressful/painful experience then go a see this company, they will definitely assist to give you a all round bad experience.

From email quotation to completed work, everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and went to extra lengths to ensure it was completed before my trip. It was much appreciated and I highly recommend this company

We have just had a rigid Towbar fitted to our Skoda Octavia. I requested a quote on line and phoned to book a fitting. I was able to book a day and time to suit me. The man arrived on time, was very polite and very efficient. When fitted he showed me that all the lights were working. I would highly recommend this company.
