Asked me to reveiw a purchase that wasnt made. They accepted my order but then found they were out of stock and couldnt get any more. They cancelled the order, made a refund and a few weeks later asked me to reveiw the purchase. Theyve got a few wires crossed in their systems!

The review system is an automated system run by Trustpilot, it is in the settings, we did not personally ask you to review the purchase.
Also in the listing before you purchased the towbar, it does clearly say
(subject to stock availability) no checks were made with us pre purchase, due to the current climate we have been experiancing stock issues from manufacturers as all companies have, unfortunatley the towbar was out of stock on this ocassion and refunded with no issue at all.
Hopefully this has cleared up and confusion.

Good service and quick delivery
Good service and quick delivery. Some of the bolts in the kit needed replacing with correct quality as the supplied ones failed before rated torque was achieved. This is a manufacturer issue rather than supplier however.

The Brink Towbar and electrics kit was ordered, I was then informed that the electrics kit was not in stock, so the electrics kit price was refunded, the required electrics kit was obtained from another supplier
The Towbar was delivered promptly and fitted without any issues

Flawless service and kit
Dropped the guys a query by email and had a response within hours with links to the tow bar and electrics they recommended.
Delivery was really quick, and local garage fitted without any issues, instructions easy to follow.
Looks really good on my Freelander 2, excellent finish to the metalwork and looks like it'll keep that for years to come.

The towbar needed for the Merc GLC model I have proved difficult to pin down because of the accessories fitted if it wasn’t for TTS the task would not have been resolved excellent
