Ordered an adjustable tow bar a few days ago and had correspondance straight away to check id ordered the correct one. On sending further information, they kindly told me that my existing tow bar was not suitable and advised me why.
Refund issued immediately. If only all suppliers and companies offering online sales acted with such professionalism.
Will 100% be using them for any future business and enquiries.

Purchased a wiring kit from ecs for a ford ranger, could not find connecting plugs and phoned the helpline. Spoke to a gentleman that was so helpful,all working well thank you ecs

Towbar for my 2024 HYUNDAI Tucson came really quickly, in two separate packages for tower and electric. The tower fitted perfectly and the vertical detachable swan neck is top-drawer. Nothing to be seen when the tower is not fitted. The electrical kit was specific for my car, and integrates perfectly - I even get a warning that a trailer is attached and the reversing aids are turned off.
Before I bought the tower I asked for installation details for the electrics which were sent within 30 minutes. Proper customer-focused service.
Better than the £1400+ OEM price!
