Poor design “AVOID GLITZ BRAND”

Poor design, Tower logo comes off and causes deep cuts when trying to clean. All goods have a 2year guarantee, but after contacting customer service, apparently this is not covered. This whole set(mug rack, canisters, microwave were very expensive and little thought has been given as to how to ensure that the logo stays on longer than a few months, and that they are safe. I have had 2 deep cuts from this, and fortunately do not have small children who could be hurt. I will not buy from Tower again.
