BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! This company called telling me i had endorsed a check that I never request or receive. The email, phone number, banking information all did not match my information. They called trying to get my information AFTER they allowed a third party to cash it.

Until a customer explains this to us like you did it appears, we have no reason to think that a customer did not cash a promotional check that was sent to them. You can always visit the office to discuss in person if you'd rather not provide information over the phone.

Terrible experience at Cypress location.
The office manager was very rude and unprofessional. On my first call with her, she refused to provide me with the office location and operating hours. requested that i need to google this information on my own. She also refused to provide any information/guidance on how/where to issue a customer complaint

I initially had high hopes for this…
I initially had high hopes for this company since I had used them for financing. I agreed when they asked if I wanted to apply for a loan. However, the process was frustrating and a waste of my time.
First, they had to run another hard credit check, which I was fine with, but after being approved for $5,000, I was shocked when I went to pick up the loan and was told I was only getting $2,500. That was completely misleading and disappointing.
Overall, I was dissatisfied with the experience and won’t be using them again.
