From start to finish they were great!!! Received a courtesy call because weve borrowed from Tower before. Wanted to pay some things off & finish up Christmas. They got my information and had me approved by that afternoon. They close at 5:30....I could not be there until 5 and they stayed past closing to get everything finalized. Very professional & personable group!!!

My loan officer was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. They explained every step clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I won't always advise getting loans if you can avoid it. When you're in a pinch or you just have to have something, I really like the folks at Tower. Particularly the young lady at the Oxford, MS store. She was easy to deal with, knew what to say, got everything done she had to. Well done!
