I received personal step by step assistance to apply for and get a merchant credit card gateway to support my business 'The Egyptian' Sacred Scents, which sells Blue 'Lotus' oil, perfume, and dried flowers, that are otherwise prohibited by Stripe and other payment gateways.

They saved my website from the dark caverns of Paypal. If you use Paypal as your card processor, beware. They will rob you blind in an instant. They cleared my account of my earnings without warning and with no recourse. Tower Payments came through and saved the day and I have never looked back. I've been with them for 3+ years. Nice to work with a real person. It's nice to have a person that I can call or text at a payment processing company. If I need help I have my rep to contact directly or the customer service team. Feels good to know that I'm not just a number like with solutions like Stripe.

This service is a joke and comes across as condescending. It gives the impression of being a viable alternative to payment processors like Stripe or Bankful. However, upon initiation, they request bank statements, business licenses, and inventory details. It falls short as a true alternative and complicates the registration process similar to traditional banks. I strongly advise against using it.

Honestly if you fail registration anywhere else there's no need to contact this company

So far, Tower Payments has been an incredible solution for my site. Starting with my initial consultation phone call, and ever since, I've been surprised and pleased not only with the platform itself, but in particular with the support and service.

During my initial consultation call, I worked with Tina, who was incredible. The call lasted about an hour, during which time we talked about everything from the nitty-gritty of my business, website, and goals, to casual topics like what we think of certain states we've lived in. Tina was extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and extremely warm and personable. At the start of the call, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into or how to make it work, by the end of the call, I knew exactly what was going on, what to do, and what to expect. All of my questions had been answered thoroughly. I was very impressed.

As my assigned rep, Tina has checked in multiple times over the weeks, just to see how things are going and ask if I need any help or have any questions. It's really nice to know that if I need anything, or experience any issues, I can call up or email a specific person, with a name, who knows the history of my account. This alone is gold for any small business.

The payment processing platform was extremely easy to incorporate into my WordPress woo commerce store. Very user-friendly, with very minimal set up. They handle all the complicated techie stuff from their end. On my end, set up took just a couple of minutes.

So far, payment processing has run perfectly smooth, with no hiccups whatsoever. I wasn't sure what to expect from a payment processor that works with "high risk accounts," but so far I have been extremely impressed. I highly highly recommend tower payments.
