Threatened and racially abused!

Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional business. I called them for a jump start as my car battery died and I was quoted an extortionate price, but had not much choice so I paid and took the service. FYI - I could only pay via cash or bank transfer, no credit card options etc. After paying the guy (M. Sasmaz) and getting my car jumpstarted, he called 10mins later saying the payment wasn't received. So I pulled over to double check and the payment was made, but it would be received on Monday (because this happened on Saturday), so I told him this and sent him evidence. 5 mins later he calls me and accuses me of not paying and that I'm playing games trying to swindle him. He starts threating me and using racially derogatory terms, claiming I lied and I didn't pay because I'm broke and can't afford it.

He also threatened me, my friend, my girlfriend and her 17year old little sister talking about how he's well known in Stockwell and will get people to beat us up. He was yelling uncontrollably and was fully convinced that I didn't pay. After he realised I actually made the payment, I didn't receive an apology or anything, all he could say was "well done", knowing he was in the wrong. Next time Humble yourself M. Sasmaz! I've never dealt with such ignorance and immaturity from a grown man in my life. And to be honest, I don't really write reviews for no reason, but the way he behaved, I'm not letting that level of disrespect slide. You can't go around trying to bully and threaten people M. Sasmaz and think you can get away with it.

If you can avoid this scam of a business then do so, you're better off calling a commercial brand like AA. At least you're less likely to be threatened and racially abused.
