Never have a problem with this company, if you can't find it they go out of there way to sort for you.

Refreshingly customer focused company to deal with. There was a very minor picking error to a small part of my order. Jacob responded to my email very quickly and despatched the correct item the same day. In the first instance my items wher e sent quickly and arrived well packaged. With this positive
2 experience I can recommend Towler and Stains without reservation and will be using them in the future.

Fantastic customer service from the Leeds Road, Bradford branch. I had purchased a patio gas cylinder online direct from Calor Gas, they had arranged delivery via their local supplier. I recieved an email advising a delivery date of the following week by Towler & Staines. I rang them to see if I could collect as needed the bottle earlier if possible, the gentleman I spoke to firstly quickly reassured me that delivery would actually be the following day but also offered the option of collecting. As I was passing their depot anyway the following day I said I would collect. On arrival, I was served quickly and bottle brought to my car (convenient customer parking provided). He also explained how to arrange refills in future. Great experience, plenty of stock, easy parking - will definitely use in future

Ordered online on Sunday evening, despatched by 10.30 on Monday morning and arrived on Tuesday lunchtime. Great service.

I met the owner at a motorhome show, and he was really friendly. They didn't have the bits with them that I wanted, but he gave me his card and told me exactly what I needed. Went on the website, ordered the stuff (and a few bits extra!) and everything was delivered in a couple of days. Excellent service.

I contacted Towler and Staines with regard to a fire safety stick striker that had got damp and for my own piece of mind felt it needed replacing. I received an email back the next day from Jacob at T&S saying it would be replaced free of charge and put in the post that day. Good to their word it arrived a few days later. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service I received and I wouldn’t think twice about purchasing from T&S again, knowing how much they look after and value their customers. Professional, efficient and friendly. Good to know companies like this still exist. Happy customer 🙂

Quick and great customer service

As professional as always. I don’t go anywhere else. I messed up with my PayPal transaction, No problem for Towler & Staines. The lady in accounts kept checking my account and thankfully only one transaction had gone through. Personal service definitely when it’s needed. Great teamwork from all the staff. I order on line and don’t always get it right but they sort out what I need. Not many places this helpful.
