As a UK citizen resident in N Ireland…
As a UK citizen resident in N Ireland I needed a Cadac small part and this company were listed as exclusive UK suppliers. On the website there is no provision for NI residents which is the first negative. When I emailed I got an initial response which I promptly replied to I got no follow up. After prompting again I was told they couldn’t post first class Royal Mail and 2nd class was £4. This for an item the size of a kola cube. I explained from outset I needed the part urgently so this was no use to me.
Maybe I’ll get the part in France. I will be informing Cadac International about this inadequate customer service to a UK resident.

Hi Allen, we're sorry to hear you did not have a great experience with us. It can be a bit tricky shipping to Northern Ireland now due to the new changes with the Windsor Framework, however we do make exceptions when customers contact us and are always happy to try and ship to all customers. We offered our usual service to you (£4.00 standard shipping) which was not accepted despite being a fairly average shipping cost, and sadly we could not come to any form of compromise. We've shipped items to many customers in Northern Ireland and will continue to do so, so if you do decide to use us in the future we'd be more than happy to help you.

Shame I can only give 5 Stars, these guys are AMAZING....
Ordered on line & product arrived very quickly.
Realised that, I, had ordered wrong model, so rang them up to see what we could do.
They could not have been more helpful, and proving that the art of Customer Service is not dead.
Gareth in Bradford and Jacob in Keighley are absolute LEGENDS, and sorted everything for me.
Really couldn't fault them in ANYTHING, nothing was too much trouble.
T & W, certainly the better for having these guys.

Replacement of Faulty Item
My order was delivered very quickly and well packed. Unfortunately the item was faulty. Communication with the Company was excellent and the item was replaced instantly. I would certainly use Towler and Staines again.
