Avoid Wrexham Rental/ landlord service
WREXHAM Town and country staff are the worst I have ever experienced. I rent a property and pay for a fully managed service. No inspections were carried out for the first 18 months with my first tenant. This is not in line with the legal recommendations set out by rent smart wales. Because of this the back gate was smashed into pieces due to Ill repair, of which I had no idea about and had left the property insecure for my tenant which I felt awful about.
An inspection was finally carried after 12 months for my 2nd tenant after I complained about a lack of inspections. They failed to organise an electrical certificate which I had asked for 6 months previously. They made deductions without any communication and that were not the responsibility of the landlord. Sometimes I've had to wait over a week for a reply to emails and have to call for a response. They reply to my phone calls with an email and in the response it is clear they have not even read the email properly and not followed through with my instructions. Horrendous service. Please avoid.
