I had a consultation regarding a Will, probate and trust. I knew very little about any of these subjects, our representative Alfie Adams was punctual and extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Our appointment had been booked to see Alfie. The young man returned up on time and smartly dressed. Very well spoken. We explain what what we would like doing and needed as we wasn't happy with prior arrangement. Alfie was great he explain everything so clear , nothing was to much for him. There was no pressure just advice. We were also told anything we need help with just to ring or email him to make an appointment and he will come back and help.
