Went to Townfields to purchase a new riding hat and body protector. Megan served us and she was extremely helpful. Very friendly but also very professional and gave us expert advice.

Awful experience every time here!
I was only being provide 28 days tablets after speaking to the surgery I was told that I needed a review. I went to the review where the lady pretty much answered the questions for me rather than asking me. Pointless appointment. I’ve now requested my tablets again and keep getting 28 days even though they keep saying the system is updated. This is the third time now and still only a months worth meaning I have to keep going up to the surgery. No one listening or read the notes!!

We visit Townfields quite regularly , staff are always super helpful whether it’s electric fencing advice or hat fitting . I wouldn’t use anywhere else

I came across Townfields while browsing for some new bits for my daughter
I made my order during my first look at the Townfields website as the prices were reasonable and they were showing stock available of a particular item which I’d had trouble finding with other retailers
Next day delivery was free of charge and my order arrived really well packaged the following day
My daughter is really happy with her new bits and I’m happy I have found another great reliable store to shop at

Best equine retailer around, friendly, helpful staff I would highly recommend Townfields, Michelle, Nancy and all the staff are amazing. A variety of equine products and even products for your dog, lovely shop wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visited Townfields saddlers this week to buy a new riding hat. The fitting service was very thorough and I tried on several hats before finding the perfect style and fit. I was able to wear my chosen hat while choosing some jodhpurs and gloves to make sure it was quite comfortable. I would definitely recommend to others.

I bought a pair of riding boots from townfields under a year ago. Unfortunately the boots broke, however they were still under warranty. I contacted townfields who told me I would be eligible for a replacement pair. From the first phone call, they were nothing but helpful, responding very quickly and sending the boots very promptly. Would definitely shop with them again

I recently bought a pair of Dublin River Boots from Townfields and I cannot speak too highly of the service. The prices were extremely competitive too, so altogether I was very satisfied and would readily buy from Townfields again.

recently visited this store,it was 2.30pm,we were told they were closed,when they are open till 5.30,we had travelled a long way,they clearly wanted us to go,the door to shop and front gate were all open,a middle aged man and woman were serving,they were both very rude off hand and very ignorant,it was a horrible experience and i would never return,they need to learn some manners and brush up on their customer service.
