Prompt delivery.

I placed my order after a bad experience with another company that just could not seem to get their mistakes fixed after over a month. I received this order within 2 days of ordering. And it was all there!

Found tow universe with a Google…

Found tow universe with a Google search. Price was really good, so I placed my order. Communication was amazing and shipping was fast! The hitch kit arrived a lot faster than I anticipated and was exactly what I needed.
I would highly recommend them

Had a problem at first with delivery…

Had a problem at first with delivery timing. I was promptly reimbursed my express shipping fee, which I appreciate. I gave a one star because of the length of time it took, but changed to the 4 star, because this particular hitch is proprietary to my vehicle and difficult to get. Took 18 days to receive. I would buy from this company again.
