Scam. do not buy. Waste of money. Watch doesn't sync. It's totally useless. Will double and triple check companies I buy from, from now on. There are SO MANY of these dodgy, scamming Chinese companies everywhere. Beware. Trustpilot every company before you purchase.

Terrible service bought 2 smart watches and they are rubbish wont charge wont turn on adding steps up when your sat down utter rubbish!!!! Emailed them to send back and they have asked why i want to send back, so i basicly told them was rubbish now they wont answer to any email to return them totally ignoring me!!

Got a watch for my sons Xmas waited weeks for it eventually received it would not switch on charged it over night still nothing been trying to contact company for over a week now no response I just think during these hard times with covid going on company’s like this one should be banned from trading it’s hard enough without being scammed don’t know how these people can sleep at night

Do not buy from them - it is a scam - they don’t work and are a complete waste of money -when I complained they said I have to pay return postage and a £5 restock charge as I “have changed my mind”!! The item is rubbish and their claim that is was originally £144 is a complete lie!!
Another fact - I posted a bad review on their own website and surprise surprise the reviews showing are 5 star ones!

Arrived 2 weeks late. Used once and no longer working . Not what was expecting to receive. Awaiting response from them for refund. Very unhappy son !

Well I eventually received the drone I didn’t order, the thing that’s turned up is a piece of tat from China, the instructions are in broken English. Not the drone I thought I was buying. Avoid this company

Myself, like many others who have left reviews here, have fallen for the scam of the website. I ordered a smart watch and received no confirmation email. I instantly came here to read the reviews. I emailed the company and asked for a direct refund or face legal liability. They emailed straight back explaining the product had been shipped and if I wanted a full refund to send the product back. I knew this was a false claim because they claimed the item had been shipped at 3am.
Here’s what you should do!
Call you bank and explain your situation. Notify them that the company is operating on false pretences and the items are either never sent, broken or falsely advertised, and that every customer who has used the website has had the same issue, excluding the fake comments that have clearly been posted by people or person operating the site. Your bank will ask you to send the company an email, if you haven’t done so, do it to cover yourself. Your bank will then ask you to wait for your payment to be authorised and completed by the company, once this has happened (or already happened) your bank will then follow up an investigation and should be able to refund you the amount liable.

I hope this review helps anyone who has been scammed or are thinking about using the website to make a future purchase.

Really upset bought a present for my son two weeks ago Birthday gone still present not delivered

Warning! Do not purchase anything from this company! I ordered over two weeks ago, no communication whatsoever as to when I will receive my smart watch. I’ve E-mailed twice and received no reply, you cannot phone them. This is not the way to run a business or to treat customers. I am frustrated and very annoyed & would advise people to give this company a wide berth. I will be requesting a refund but given the non existent communication and customer service I am unlikely to get one.

Believe everything you read about this company, trust me. They send out cheap nasty watches you can get off wish for a few pounds and they dont work. They then take weeks to reply to emails, stay away if you dont want to be robbed in broad daylight

The most awful company I have ever dealt with ! They are scammers. Firstly after I ordered my “Smart Watch” I never received a email confirmation which I thought was strange, they claim to deliver within 3-5 days which is a total lie. A week passed and I still had not received my item so I sent them an email, they told me it would be another 3-5 days? So I thought okay fine. 2 weeks passed and countless emails I still did not have my product and they was not answering any of my emails!
If you go to your bank and tell them about your problems, they will open a dispute with the company and you will be able to get your money back !
- Funnily after my bank contacted them they then sent the product - ( How ironic)
When I received my product it was total crap !! It is cheap rubbish from China ! Does not do any of the things that it states ! Total rubbish. Avoid at all costs.

Wish I could rate this website 0 stars!! Had an absolute nightmare, placed an order on 13/11/20 been emailing and the responses are terrible. Finally received the item today and as expected it was awful and tacky. Really wish I read reviews before ordering on this website, now waiting for a reply for a return address because I want this refunded. Avoid at all costs.

It seems like I have fell into the same trap as everyone else. I ordered the so called Smart Watch for £39.97 on 14/11/2020 and I still haven’t received it. I haven’t received no email to confirm it’s been dispatched or nothing at all. I’ve sent an email to the website and they replied straight away saying they apologise for the delay and I’ll have my item in the next 3-5 working days. I really wish I had seen these reviews first before ordering. I knew it was too good to be true a Smart Watch being so cheap!!! How can these people sleep at night knowing they’re out there to scam people. Absolutely rotten human beings

Fake company, watch never arrived, don't reply back to emails, no other way of contacting them

Ordered a watch for husbands birthday still not arrived! His birthday has gone ! Either send a refund or the watch you said 1-3 days it’s been 7 days plus

Oh no, I feel I have fallen into the same trap, after reading the reviews on their site I ordered the smart watch and writing tablet, still yet to receive both after 3 weeks, sending an email with no reply.
