Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
I can see your order did take longer than normal to pay (Usually same or next business day that the item arrives). In your case it was delayed as the submitted items on the order did not match what was received. We updated you on this promptly after the items were received with the new order total for you to approve.
We did not hear back from you on the approval email which offers the option to accept/decline, (this then automatically pays/flags the items for return), until we chased multiple times for a response via email, this unfortunately inevitably delays the time taken to payout. As we are unable to payout unless you have formally agreed to accept an update to your valuation.
I hope this provides some context as for the delays in payment, and we hope you can use us again in future.

Great way to recycle good quality toys
Great way to recycle good quality toys, we exchanged 60kg of Lego for a really good price. The team were approachable & responsive and we were able to drop them off at their developing shop which was great and saved messing with postal services as we were local. Price matched to original quote which our teenager was really pleased about and he's already bought more Lego with some of the proceeds.

Great service
I used to sell lego that I had accumulated over the years. It was really easy to send my package. Information about how to make what you are sending is great and easy to understand. Once I had sent the parcel I was able to track it and see when it had arrived. I received money to my chosen account within 2 days. Fantastic company, would definitely recommend and use them again.
