Quick dispatch, reasonable postage cost, and toy I bought was £8 cheaper than on Amazon. It arrived safe and well packaged. I need not have worried.

Absolutely shocking ordered toys for Christmas last month and never heard nothing their couriers sent it to the wrong address probably and error also then the company will not send it out to Northern Ireland again because they said they don’t deliever in which they do because they first one came I also said to the courier I’ll pick it up at the depot this was weeks prior to ordering them also I got refunded that was no problem tried to reorder them but the company keeps sending reversing the payment like it was my problem and then sending emails like they don’t know what’s going on customer service is shocking and ridiculous will not be using again , I may add there toys might be good they seem like a nice company to order off but I’ll never know and don’t want to know very unreliable epically coming up to Christmas I ordered them in November

Never heard of them before so was a bit worried but they dispatched my order out the same day and it was packaged well, and arrived within a few days. Definitely will buy from again.

Great! Easy to use website, cheaper than any other toy site I visited (even after paying for postage) and arrived very quickly. I received several update emails, and the toy arrived in around 2 days with standard post. Very impressed and would use again!

Bought a toy for my baby and after less than 3 months it has broken and is therefore faulty. Toy dip very unhelpful/unsympathetic saying they can only help if it is within 30 days and there is no warranty, even though it’s a Fisher Price toy that should last longer than a few months.

I purchased a Fisher Price Linkimal Sloth as a present for my Grandson. Delivery was good and it arrived in plenty of time before Xmas. When we tried to get the Sloth to link with other linkimals it wouldnt. So read the instructions followed what it said but still no interaction. I emailed Toy Dip and got a reply straight away apologising and giving me a full refund. That to me in this day and age is excellent Customer Service. I definitely will use this Company again and I will recommend it to my Friends and Family.

I used this company that I've never heard of to buy a nerf blaster for my lad as it was the cheapest of that model around. I was sceptical at first but after reading trustpilot reviews I took the plunge. I'm glad I did. The despatch was fast and it came through the post really quickly. It was well packaged and the product was well protected. Glad I used them

I saw a Christmas present for my son at a considerably better price on ToyDip than other retailers but hadn’t ever heard of them - I read the trustpilot reviews below and felt reassured that they were a good company. Toydip dispatched the package promptly but EVRI completely let them down, they didn’t deliver at all and the tracking updates simply ceased. When I contacted Toydip they were really helpful and offered to chase up EVRI, when they didn’t hear back from EVRI within 24 hours they replied again offering a refund or to dispatch the toy again next day with DPD. Which they did and I have the toy in time for Christmas. I’m so grateful to ToyDip for their fantastic customer service and for helping to make Christmas special for my son.

They really did go above and beyond their competitors, by way of comparison: I purchased another present for my son from a different independent online toy retailer who also dispatched with EVRI, the toy has still not arrived and I was forced to buy the same toy again from Amazon in order to have it for Christmas. I am having to await the arrival of the EVRI delivery (which I doubt will ever arrive) to claim a refund.

Prices are extremely good and my item was shipped incredibly fast and arrived with us far quicker than I expected at this time of year, which really took the worry away, shopping this close to Christmas. I liked how it said how many units were in stock of each of the toys I look at, gave me confidence that I wouldn't be let down. First time I have shopped with them but I would definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a toy laptop and got something totally different. Despite the mix up, the company were very accommodating on fixing the issue. They had put me and my needs first. And got a laptop out via next day delivery! I definitely recommend them as their customer service skills is beyond words! Keep it up Joel and team!

Great Toys at reasonable prices with fast dispatch Highly Recommend

I ordered some toys for my son for Christmas from toy dip and they were being delivered by Evri. After a week the status on the shipping information was showing as delayed. I contacted toy dip to inform them of this and without any issues they sent a replacement order fast delivery via another courier which arrived today. I am very happy with the toys and the customer service has been excellent! Unlike Smyths who I'm having the exact same issue with and still hasn't sorted it out.

I just saw a really good price for the Star Wars X Wing on Toy Dip and checked on Trustpilot that it wasn't a scam site, so ordered it as I collect the Vintage collection. It arrrived in a cardboard box and unfortunately the X wing box had been punctured, but even worst was the fact that someone had stuck the returns label directly on the Star Wars box - in the middle of main picture. Label doesn't peel off cleanly so it's useless as a collector item and pretty rubbish if it were a kids Christmas present. Just stick the return label in the box - don't stick it to the toy!!
