Wow, I ordered a couple items on the 6th January which should have arrived between Friday 9th and Tuesday 13th.

Tuesday 13th arrives instead of having a item delivered i receive a email telling me my order has bejng refunded.

No explanation or nothing and it has took until the final day of expected delivery for them to refund.

Ordering from Toy Hut Ltd is a fascinating experience. They take your money instantly — lightning fast, truly impressive. After that? Complete radio silence. No shipping. No updates. No replies. Nothing.

I can only assume the “Toy” part refers to the customer, because once they’ve got your payment, you’re apparently no longer worth acknowledging. Emails disappear into the void, orders never materialise, and customer service seems to be an entirely fictional department.

I’ve had items arrive from overseas faster than Toy Hut Ltd can manage a basic response. At this point, I half-expect my order to be delivered by carrier pigeon — assuming someone at the company actually exists.

If you enjoy donating money to a business and receiving absolutely nothing in return, Toy Hut Ltd is perfect. If you actually expect products, communication, or basic professionalism, do yourself a favour and shop literally anywhere else.
