I am giving one star because I have to do!!!
This company is the worst ever been established.
I have reported a car failure on A22 highway on 08-04-2022 at 17:07 precise to the office which we rent the car from.
After 14 minutes of talking time, I have been told that TOYOTA needs to deal with this problem and my call was forwarded to TOYOTA instead. TOYOTA also forwarded my call to Allianz and I have been told that a tow truck will be there within 30 minutes. After waiting for more than an hour I called Alphabet again and being forwarded to TOYOTA and subsequently to Allianz again... Like a never ending nightmare, I have been told that there is nothing reported from my side and we have started from scratch. I have been told again within 20 minutes Rijkswaterstaat will be coming to pick up the car because by law they are not allowed to send a tow truck there. (I still don't know if this is really true).
Then this tow truck came and told me that he is only permitted to take me to a safe place and if I decide the destination I have to pay it by myself. After 10 minutes of discussion and with the self seeking approach of the driver to go home earlier, the driver gave a call to his boss and said the destination I am asking is only 3 minutes far from his home so if he can drive me for free. and finally one positive outcome.
After almost 2,5 hours of first call I was finally at my hotel. 30 mins later I took a phone call from another driver who by the way came with exactly the same car and take it to a location which is still a mystery for me. In the very same evening, I have been called by someone (I don't remember anymore which party it was because they were also calling you from hidden numbers so be aware not to cancel those calls in settings of your phone otherwise you may be really screwed) from TOYOTA or ALPHABET and been told a replacement car will be given latest by tomorrow until 10 am in the morning.
Nightmare continious...
On 09-04-2022 at around 09:30 I haven't yet received any call and therefore I gave a call to Alphabet and been forwarded to toyota...( you know the story) and so on.
I have been told that a taxi will be coming to pick me up to drive to the location of Logicx to handover the replacement car. Despite my several requests to take over the car at my hotel at my own expense, Logicx told me that I need to discuss this with Toyota/Alphabet/Allianz and they need to be ordered in writing by one of the above companies which I really don't know still.
After several and long discussions a taxi was being sent to the hotel around 11:30 to drive me to the replacement car location. Most importantly, and funny enough the address given to the driver and to me was different locations :)
He drove me to the location given to me Hulswitweg 18 and we were there by 11:58 and guess what? the location was closed :):):)
I was there outside, with my luggages at cold and when I called Logicx they told me that I have two option either to wait there for one (1) hour or I can go to another location which is 30-40 km far from my current location. I was hoping that this was a terrible nightmare to woke up but again nightmare to be continued.
After waiting in front of a garage for more than an hour finally a guy came to handover the car to me but he was also not been aware that someone is waiting for him. Eventually I realized that I have just been promised but there were actually no coordination in between of these companies.
You think I am finished? I wish...
Yesterday, I receive a SMS message from Toyota stating that I need to return the car until 17:00 and from this time onwards I have to pay for the rental fee of the replacement car...
I gave a call to Alphabet forwarded to Toyota and been advised that this is the policy and I have to pay...
Do you think that I have been informed about the status of my broken car? NO!!!
Do you think that I have been instructed where to handover the replacement car? NO!!!
Do you think that any of these mentioned companies in this review has any urge to inform me or fix a simple problem? NO!!!
That was my limit actually.
I informed my employer about this problem and advised them not to work with this company anymore and I also spend considerable amount of time to write this review to protect you as well.
Tips for future customers:
1. If you are a foreigner, they do not have an English menu or call center line. Additionally, service providers (persons) are no different than machines and no authority or willingness to fix a problem or relieve you from the difficult situation you are having.
2- They try their best to surpass you and make most of it by extra expenses, illogical procedures and so on.
3. All they need is your money not your satisfaction or your good memories about their services.
4. Recommended to beware of ALPHABET but incase arranged by your employer, call your employer directly and let them deal with.
