Coruption in Toyota and Lexus

Corruption in Toyota and Lexus

I trust Toyota and Lexus cars in that extend that I have had either Toyota or Lexus during past thirty years. I have however become disappointed by finding out that ther is corruption in the dealership organisation at least in Gothenborg.
The reason I discovered this corroption is the bad behaviour that Michael Aleros in Lexus Gothenborg has shown repeatedly. That made me sensitive and curious. The result was that he treats badly those custumers who dont mean extra money for him.
Last time when I was bringing my car from service, the mechanic told to Michael "wait" and then turned to me and said "your Brake Discs need to be changed next service".
I handle my car carefully and I drive mostly long distances. That means Brake Discs in my new Lexus should not be thorn out after just two years.
I went out and checked them. They are almost as new Brake Discs.
I call this corruption and nothing else. Of course, many people who dont know much about cars pay lots of money for unnecessary reparations.
That made me think further.
For less than two years ago when I left my three years old Toyota Camry back to the dealership I left even winterdecks. I never thought I had bought them myself and the dealer did not say a word and took them.
As much as I trust Toyota and Lexus cars I could not imagine there is such low persons in dealerships.

Useless customer service

Useless customer service. I sent an email to one of Toyota's agents in Sweden asking it they had an obsolete part in any of their store rooms in Sweden and told them it had not been made for over ten years. The reply I got was -- they repeated what I told them and said it had not been made for a long time! Stupidity!!! They do not even seem to know what parts they have in stock so their computer system must be rubbish. Toyota in Japan may be super efficient but Toyota Sweden are hopelessly inefficient.

Hässleholm Toyota Service sucks

I serviced my car on 17th of April 2024 at Hässleholm Toyota Bills. On 21st of September I was filling in wind screen water to my car, and I noticed two dangling connectors just behind the radiator panel. When I looked into the connectors, I guessed they were belonging to the cooling fans. I have used my car for months, thousands of kilometers without these cooling fans off and got no alarm signals in the user panel of my 2022 model car! How come would it be possible that Toyota’s certified technicians left these two important connectors unplugged? If I were on a long trip in hot summer days and my car overheated and I was stranded on the road, who would be responsible? In addition, how come a 2022 model Toyota cannot detect such a fatal error? I am totally dissapointed with your service in Sweden, I paid tones of money for the servicing but the result was a scandal! I will not trust you anymore!

Note: I have taken fotos of the situation as an evidence
