They have the worst return policy as they wouldn't take back a part even with paying the restocking charge of 20% when the part was not the correct part for my car. Stay away from these guys and their network which includes several other online names including: GM Parts Prime. Really Stay Away.
Stay away terrible company i ordered some parts later figured the car got mis diagnosed and did not need one of the parts anymore contacted them before the part got picked up by USPS on their end to stop the shipment oh well waited to recieve and do a turnaround and return in original box it got delivered in took pictures of the packaging and the second box inside with minor tear in the cardboard and shipped it back shipping itself on the way to me $191 shipping back $118 part is a torque converter solid metal double boxed with bubble wrap in between the 2 . Denying a return due to damage not providing pictures or proof of damage even if they do they will intentionally damage it to take a picture. Stay away.
Their site listed the incorrect part for my vehicle armrest. After recieving it and taking the door apart it was apparent that the part was incorrct and would not work. Even though the return policy states a 30 time limit, it also states "unless it is an incorrect part". Well it has been 33 days and now they refuse to accept the return, even though it was their site that selected the incorrect part, so I am stuck with an incorerct $100.00 part. Their responses are only computer generated and never answer any specific questions. I will not be using them again for future purchases because their site is apparently not accurate enough to select the correct part.
