DO NOT USE
My parcel never got sent back to the retailer (over£100) they responded to say an investigation with Asda was underway but since then have ignored all emails and there is no contact number. Absolute appalling service costing me £100+!!!!
Wish I had read the reviews first
Wish I had read the reviews first. Seemed very convenient being at my local Asda. What an awful service, first 3 days there was movement, then when tracking my return it’s been at their national depot for 9 days, no updates, no one to speak to. Awful customer service, Asda should be ashamed putting their name on something like this. Don’t even know if I will get my refund as my package seems to have grown legs and walked off somewhere.
TRACKING NON EXSISTENT WHERES MY PARCEL!
Returned a parcel from Jacamo and they put in a slip to use for Asdatoyou. Great bag it up item not used at all. 1st September sent package back . Used tracking number there's a problem. As of today still same message. Goes to Asda to check and parcel not there so where is it? Contact Jacamo, silence, so either Asda courier stole it or Jacamo have it and don't want to give money back. Rarely have to return items but this is a joke. Returns take at least 2 to 3 days so what's the problem. Defo won't be using this again.
Avoid Avoid Avoid
Having never read these reviews before and never previously having issues with toyou I thought nothing of sending my musicmagpie order through them. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had and has put me off using them again for any returns. If I could give 0 stars I would. They’ve either lost my parcel or someone has stolen it, who knows, thankfully musicmagpie are very helpful otherwise I’d be out of pocket. Tracking ID - MMAP133678710 if anyone is interested in looking it up but it hasn’t moved since the day after I dropped it off and why it was going to a national depo when it was only going to address in this country is beyond me. Worst delivery company ever, avoid at all costs unless you want to lose money.

Excellent service.I shopped with Feelunique and got the parcel within 24hours.Will definitely use again.Very reliable.Recommend.
Great!
I dropped my Musicmagpie parcel off at Asda on Friday evening (19th Aug). I got a notification saying delivered on Sunday and I have just received my payment from Musicmagpie today! I read these reviews earlier (before getting confirmation from Musicmagpie) and it terrified me, thinking my parcel would go missing. Overall, great service.

Never recommend it to anyone, this site is a joke! POOR DELIVERY SERVICES! And POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE! I know for sure, My parcel went missing! I Sent my parcel on the 11th 0f August and until now still not deliver to the company. why deliver to two deport? Local depot and national depot? the company address is in the UK? Not make sense, it can be deliver in one day or two maximum. I sent sent them an email and they said we look into it, what a useless service! And Never used TOYOU service from now on.
Parcel drop off early till late is a joke
Decided to take a parcel for return to Asda as the easiest option googled for times just said early till late
Bearing in mind this is a 24hr store took on my way to work as I thought great I won't get caught up queuing in traffic go there to find the hrs for parcel returns is 8 -10 ?????
How is this early till late in a 24hr store that you scan and do yourself anyway
I wasn't happy as I start work at 7am I opened my parcel and changed the label to royal mail and took to my local post office which opens at 6 won't use asda again and wouldn't recommend
Poor service
Poor service. It lets down Asda as a company. Sent a very expensive parcel via them on 5th July and it has still not arrived at the retailers. Seems something is not working after reading all of these reviews- what is happening to all these missing parcels?? It is now 17th Aug, how long does it take to track a parcel or resolve it. Would not recommend sending anything incase you lose it.
OK...
Dropping the parcel off at Asda was straightforward and pain-free. But after a week of no tracking updates, I looked up the service and was horrified by the bad reviews. I would have used a different service if I had read these reviews first. I kept fingers crossed and a couple of days later received email notification that the parcel was on its way back to the retailer. And another three days later had an email confirmation that the parcel was delivered to the retailer. It was a slow process compared to other returns services I have used, but it did get there in the end (under two weeks) and I have received my refund.
One star is too much
One star is too much - appalling service. Based on the other reviews, I am not sure how they are still operating.
I sent a phone to Music Magpie via ToYou on the 22nd July. All seemed ok as it was collected and made its way to the national sorting hub. After being dispatched from there, I have heard nothing.
Contacted ToYou service on 1st August and received an automated email. Shocking courier service - do not use.

Sent an iPhone to music magpie via the asda toyou service. Never reached its destination so obviously stolen by some one who works for them. Will never use this service again . 0 stars .
Awful company
Awful company, would give a 0 if I could. 'Lost' my package, I am convinced that someone over there realised what was in it, stole it and then claimed it as lost. Not helpful whatsoever, the package had been lost since the 10th but got no communication about it till the 16th. Do not use them, they steal packages if it is of the smallest bit of value.

I do not recommend these to return parcels as they have gone & mislaid two of mine
Drop off was easy, then nothing
Drop off was easy, didn’t wait long at there Asda counter. Unfortunately although it was updated to say it was despatched to the national courier two days later, it’s not appeared. So I have had to raise it with Music Magpie. Tip: keep your receipt safe and keep details like serial number or IMEI numbers as you will need them if it vanishes.
Sent an item four days ago
Sent an item four days ago, got an email from them straight after to say that they had it. Not been delivered to Music Magpie, tracking has not been updated since I dropped it off on Sunday morning and no way to contact anyone to find out what's going on. Absolutely horrific service, I only wish I'd read the reviews before sending off a £1000+ iPad with them. Absolutely livid. Please PLEASE don't use this company, just use Royal Mail, at least you can get in touch with someone if something goes wrong with them...
They say you csn return via post office…
They say you csn return via post office this is not the case, i couldnt get to store to return so stuck with item
Just Pass To Royal Mail
I returned an item via ToYou at my local Asda. A month later I receive a grey slip from Royal Mail asking me to pay to get my parcel, naturally I didn’t expect this to be a return parcel addressed to the original supplier which was returned via ToYou but I was wrong.
ToYou appears to have just given the parcel to RoyalMail and told them to deliver it to me for some reason. Naturally Royal Mail has then charged me for this because a ToYou return label means nothing to RoyalMail.
And of course the £100+ worth of items inside have yet to be refunded because they haven’t arrived back with the supplier and nobody could figure out where they were since Royal Mail don’t use ToYou tracking barcodes.
Save yourselves hassle and just return items via Royal Mail. That’s all this company will do anyway. At least you’ll then get legitimate tracking and won’t get the fun of paying to have a parcel returned to you instead of the return address.
Unreliable and disappointing
Historically this has been a great service. Now tracking numbers do not work, the staff can't find parcels because the system won't allow them to enter details. It's become an absolute nightmare.
Would not recommend the service at all
Unfortunately I can't rate it any…
Unfortunately I can't rate it any lower, sent back a parcel 6weeks ago or more and still awaiting my refund, they also don't answer you, bunch of thieves tbh. Will never use them again!
