Used to be a great store.

Owed a fair bit in pre-orders from here. They used to be one of the best online retailers before seemingly just shutting shop and doing runners with vague stories of the owner being sick and the company having a new owner. All lies seemingly, very sad to see.

I used to use this company, but no longer. I still have multiple pre-orders outstanding and they won't reply to emails about fulfilling or refunding on these outstanding orders. Avoid this company at all costs.

There is something shady going on with this company.

I have numerous pre-orders going unfulfilled and no response to correspondence over e-mail or social media messaging.

There are widespread reports of Toysarama not fulfilling orders across social media.

These guys are shady AF and I would avoid them.

Have 3 pre orders with them that should of shipped in January, but nothing, they don't even reply to emails

Ordered three action figures from this place and they sent me two, refunding me for one. Not a single e-mail received regarding this. I would love to know how they went from "having the figure in stock" to "needing to refund me, because they don't". Probably won't be using this company again unless it's as a last resort.

Ordered 2 items 1 and half year ago, the payment went through so supposedly the order was in, no email notification though. Because after a month I still wsnn't receiving them and because I did not receive any communication whatsoever I start calling and emailing them. They replied after months of emails, suggesting a partial refund for the one of the 2 that was sold out, even though they took the money for it. So I said, let's wait. A year goes by with a few replies to my emaiks and I had enough and want to resolve the matter and substitute the item. They say ok. Nothing happens. After a few more.months I get angry and want to cancel the order, they say ok, refund coming, and instead what? I receive a package with ANOTHER substitute item. At that point I gave up, and I will just bring my business elsewhere in the future.

Have ordered a few figures from Toysarama now and they’ve never let me down.
Items reasonably priced, dispatched quickly and well packed.

They really went above and beyond. Messaging me back over a bank holiday and managing to change my order last minute (due to my mistake) their prices are great and delivery fast.

Ordered 4 action figures, all boxes came damaged, some just a little scuffed, some completely torn.

Communication was quite frustrating and took a while to get onto the same page, but did ultimately share a partial refund.

Option to return was always there, but slow communication meant the alternative I had lined up for this Christmas gift had sold out.

If you use these guys, be more organised than me and order at least a couple of months in advance to avoid any stress.

Had a small issue with a purchase recently. It was an item in a sealed box so the seller had no way of knowing it was an issue but still did everything to help me out. I did try to contact the Super7 who were useless and said they sent me a replacement part without even taking my details. I told Nick and he sorted it and sent me the part right away.

This online toy hobby shop is legit. I collect Marvel Legends and the prices here are fair and you get the advantage of purchasing the figures less the BAF part, which most of us don't even want at a lesser more attractive price. Can't beat that.

Toysarama can be slightly slow to ship but in every other respect I've found them to be excellent. For action figure collectors they will also split figures from the accompanying build-a-figure pieces, allowing you to either buy the standalone figure at a great price or the complete build-a-figure without having to get the entire wave.

Always good to buy from these guys if your after a few figures from a set at good prices.

Got miles, prowler and spiderman from the marvel legends range for a really really good price! 👍
