Your company took money when I did not…

Your company took money when I did not authorize it so my experience was terrible and upsetting.
My opinion is 1/10 for this review The date is in January I don't remember the exact day but the bank and police have that information

Hello, on base of experience with your customer service team I gave you 3 stars but everything else was not to rate.
I pleased you to cancel my subscription and only a day after 21.01. you took again 8,5euro from my account… second time in this month.First time was on 07.01.2026.
What is wrong with you?
