The Demon Slayer and Spy x Family Q Posket figures are of excellent quality, and although I encountered a minor issue, it was resolved promptly and efficiently. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

£8 delivery for a Gundam kit that came in a shoddy thin box, no bubble wrap or paper to protect my purchase in transit, and the item's original packaging has been lightly damaged and missing the original plastic sealing cross that's usually over gunpla kits. I've had more premium delivery experiences from Ebay for free.

I ordered five figures and was really impressed with the whole process. Every item is 100% genuine and the prices are amazing, very close to the original Japanese retail, not the inflated two or three times you see elsewhere in the UK. Delivery was super fast, arriving within just a few days, and everything was packaged with great care. I also took advantage of the spend £50 promotion and can confirm the free figure was included as promised. Overall an excellent company. I’ll definitely be ordering more figures from here again!

My package arrived and everything was in excellent condition, thank you! The handwritten ‘Happy Birthday!’s all over the box was a cute touch despite being a couple months belated, haha. Certainly felt like I was opening up a present, especially getting the gachapon crow (the most coveted one) to complete the series I have. Cheers!

Nothing to fault! I got my gacha at a brilliant price and could pick the actual ones I wanted. Would definitely order from Toys Forest again! They have a good selection of other toys and figurines too.
The only thing that I’d change was the shipping price as it was quite expensive, but I understand that shipping is somewhat out of control of the company so I did not mind paying it.

Initially I was incredibly sceptical of the website due to the reviews being hosted off of the website itself, the many many good reviews and the (in my opinion) too good to be true prices.

But I placed an order of 5 figures with an additional one for free (spend £50 get one free promotion) and the boxes and figures all arrived in perfect condition.

Shipping was £8, which I thought was a little bit steep for national shipping but as they arrived in perfect condition I cannot complain too much. Was also very fast, I believe they arrived in the 48 hours promised! Figurines also look to be completely legitimate!

I ordered 6 Umamusume: Pretty Derby figurines, and whilst I cannot speak for other items listed on the website, I would definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately I cannot add pictures for authenticity as I would like but they now sit beautifully upon my self amongst my other figurines.
