Toyskio is fraudulent website. They scam poor peoples by taking money from their accounts, without willing of customers . After that their staff case manager complaint team is totally unhelpful. They blackmail innocent peoples.. worse website worse brand ever

Cancelling the membership is unnecessarily complicated. After my initial negative review, the company only refunded half of the amount. They stated that the remaining half would only be paid if I deleted my review.

This practice is not legal: tying a refung to the removal of a negative review can be considered unlaeful interference with consumer opinions and my even violate consumer protection and competition laws.

The company continues to insist on the requirement of deleting the negative review. I won't silence. Don't trust this scam company!!!

If there was a star that said 0, that is the review I would give these people. Horrible !! The instantly charged my card now the process of me getting a refund is very difficult. Hate that I even gave the mthe time of day. REFUND ME ASAP!!!

I got charge for things i did not know they were going to and without my conscent

This company has been taking money from my account for months ! A product was ordered for my daughter which we never received and a monthly payment taken ever since !

It was handled in a timely manner. Emily delivered by providing an update to the situation, which is appreciated.

Ask me for some gift and mistakenly i have provided them my address and card details.
Also I payed and got scammed.
Measures should be taken to stop these fake websites

Complain cases are personally reviewed by members of the team to ensure the best posible attention. It takes around two days to get a response, but the Toys Kio support team have a lot of ways in which the can be contacted and bring amazing service.

On the 24th of May, 2025, I wrote an HONEST review of how “toyskio” is a SCAM website, and just a few days ago (the 25th of June 2025), they sent me MULTIPLE emails, “offering me a refund as long as I DELETE my review”.

Honestly, I cannot even begin to describe how much I find that PATHETIC, and the entire thing screams a "We-are-desperately-trying-to-look-good-so-that-we-can-scam-MORE-people,-so-PLEASE-remove-your-review" type of thing!!!

I have already sent out a ticket to TRUSTPILOT, with ALL the evidence that my words are 100% TRUE.

I hope they shut down this SCAM company, and I hope that they also remove ALL the FAKE 5-star reviews, which were OBVIOUSLY written by FAKE accounts!!!

Come on, people! So many 5-star reviews, and MOST of them were written by "people" who only have ONE review??? (some have 2)

Obviously a SCAM~!~!~!

I have ALL the evidence to prove that my review is based on FACTS, which means that "toyskio" a.k.a. "SCAMkio" can NEVER dispute it.

They can try to bribe others, but it will NOT work on me!
