If I could rate 0 stars, i would. Absolute joke of a company. Cheap knockoff of item they advertise. Must be the only company on the planet whose "warehouse" completely ignores them. Wish i had seen these reviews before ordering from them. KEEP AWAY FROM TOYYAY!! More like ToyNAY.

I have been trying to reach out for a year or so. I received a bootleg figure that could not even stand. I have been told they would notify their warehouse and wait for a reply from them. This has been told to me for a year.

I bought an item for my son's birthday and I am £37 out of pocket. It arrived and it was not the correct item. I alerted Toy Yay to this immediately and they acknowledge the error and they told me they were contacting the warehouse to recitfy the mistake, great I thought. This was last autumn (2021) and I have been told three or four times that they are waiting for the warehouse. I have since asked for a refund, I have got nothing from them. Advise against using these at all, a total scam.

Wish I'd found these reviews before ordering from Toy Yay. Very shonky product received that is unusable and because it took 8 weeks to arrive they refused to replace the products or refund my money. They offered to replace the defective pieces in the product and asked for photos which I had already given them. They then said they will speak to their warehouse to send replacements. Its been 4 months and nothing. Total scam. Do not buy from them!

Wrong Toy and Bad Customer Service
Wrong toy received was received and customer service 4 months later is still not refunding my money or sending the correct toy. All I get is a standard one liner that they are checking with the warehouse.

Sells counterfeit products world wide. Wouldn’t refund my money. Keeps making excuses needs to hear from warehouse. Total rip off company. Don’t bother using them.

Honk Kong site is a total scam . I have received a Fake damaged good ; firstly , the shop was promising to resend the new one , then the they had just stopped replying to my messages .
Waste of money in the end as toy is not useable .

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a boardgame from Toy Yay, not only did it take over a month to arrive, the game itself was a copy and not the genuine article. Parts were missing and it was cheaply made.
I've demanded a refund but I won't hold my breath judging by other reviews. I made the mistake of not doing my research on Toy Yay who are based in HK China, the land of fake products. It's a lesson learned, pay a few quid more and get the genuine product from a reputable UK company.

Placing order (rollercoaster bricks) went well, delivery within 2 weeks due to Covid. So far so good.

Package was delivered in a lot of plastic bags instead of a box, by opening the package it was noticed that the product is a very good copy of the original LEGO rollercoaster. So decided to proceed building.

However after completion, we learned that the product is not functioning as expected. Carts are not running over the entire track, too much friction with the rail. A LEGO cart runs fine over the same track.
Also the chain / transport system runs very stiff, resulting in a torn part (connector).

Contacted the service team with a request for a full return since the product is not working fine and does not meet our expectations.
Customer support team is not supporting according to their own determined return/refund policy. "Since the package was opened, we are not accepting a return, only wanting to resend you the broken or missing parts". Not stated at all in their return policy, customer should be able to return within 30 days for any reason.

It seems that this will end in a purchase of a product that is looking well but not functioning ad expected; spending over 170 euro's!

Never buy again via this seller / website! Advise for any reviewer to think twice before you buy!

Mailed to the wrong address and when asked for a new package it hasn’t been sent 2 months later and they will not issue a refund.

Ordered a coco melon singing doll I’m normally pretty good and check reviews but couldn’t get one at the time and panicked buyed as it was for a birthday present took 12 days to come I did check tracking but wasn’t very good did message and they told me where it was and arrived the next day . It was a lot smaller than the doll I was expecting and wasn’t singing I did contact PayPal and got money back . I learnt my lesson and will be careful where I buy from next time.

At first I didn’t know in what condition our order would come because of all the bad reviews, but we are very happy with our order! It took 2 weeks to arrive and our order (a ps4 controller) came in an original package in perfect shape! Willl definitely order again!

I would never order from this website again and warn all parents don’t do it it’s a rip off and you won’t even have it arrive in the box

Purchased the ninjago destiny bounty lego ship. Was gave tracking information. Product arrived .all in numbered bags .just like lego without the box and full instructions. Does take a couple of weeks to arrive but that just carrier and import. Lot cheaper and same as if you brought it from lego.at less than half the price.was a dubious purchase at start but it has arrived and more than happy .as I said only downer it takes time to arrive. To GB from Hong Kong. So thumbs up from me👍

False advertising and cheap merchandise sent directly from. China, although they sell on different European internet sites. They do not respect the delivery times, basically if you want the same game and you're willing to wait for that long you can buy the same. Thing from aliexpress for less then half of their prices. This is a scam and should be treated as such.

Prices were slightly cheaper than from other places. Postage cheap. Took over a month for items to be received. The tracking does not work. Contacted customer services that kept saying to wait it out- maybe 2-4 weeks maybe more than that due to Covid delays.
Items arrived more than 1 month post ordering. They were completely FAKE. Not as advertised. Asked for a refund and was told that they will send me out replacements. I said I didn’t want replacement poor quality stuff, and wanted a refund and suggested this was against trading standards and was told that it’s normal for warehouse to make mistakes to send the wrong items. £60 for 2 fake beyblades and a damaged fake Beyblade stadium. Ive been severely ripped off. Will be seeking advice from credit card company.

Steals your money and does not deliver products. Products not genuine and refund not given.

Purchased some toys for my son on this site. On a quick glance the site looked legitimate. After purchasing the item I went to have a look at what other products they sold and realised the websites search engine basically didn't work. I then got suspicious of how cheap the shipping was. Looked at other sections of the website and it just has a dodgy feel. No reviews or social media account found for the store.

Have emailed a few days ago to request a refund. They responded to say they would give me a refund but have not done so. Have also tried to call their number and it didn't even ring.
