First class support

Had a problem installing the App for my ISP supplied router which my ISP didn’t seem to understand.
Carlie at the TP Link support team responded to my emails swiftly, efficiently and patiently so that I was able to take the router to my ISP and with the information Carlie supplied was able to articulate exactly what action was needed which I did not feel competent enough to undertake myself as a non-technical person. First class support.

Unhappy that the tech team closed the ticket without reviewing it at all.

I'm not happy that assuming 40% of broadband wired over wireless is fine is ok.
9.3 gbps wireless on a deco be65 and only seeing 450mb is not 40%.

Carlie H, great technical support !

Carlie H. gave me great support when my power adapter for my WIFI unit suddenly stopped working. He also answered all my questions in a timely manner. And also I like that they have 24/7 support.

This is why im still using TP link :)

Utter garbage

Bought the x50 mesh system,gave up after about 90mins,it initially connected without internet,reset three or four times,kept saying it was connected,then the red light came on numerous times.I followed what it says on the app religiously,but still no good.Putting it back for a refund.If this is how a mesh system works,NO THANKS.

Online chat very easy

I spoke with Alec and he was very helpful, quickly resolved my issue via the online chat which i found easier to use than the phone. Only thing is the chat randoms disconnects you and you have to start the queueing process all over.
