Remote support could've been a bit better
I didn't like that the remote support wasn't more hands on, alot of the steps to fix my issue had to be done by me and I'm not so much of a tech person, also I felt a bit lost with the instructions I was given, some of it was not clear enough. I also didn't like the length of time I had to wait to resolve my issue as it took weeks.

I’ll be honest—I started this experience with serious doubts.
I’ve had too many past experiences with tech support that went nowhere, so from the moment I began typing my first message, every keystroke carried the expectation that I’d get a generic, incompetent response and end up chasing my tail, wasting time.
I was wrong.
Completely wrong.
What I received instead was top-tier, professional support—responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. The team didn’t just reply, they engaged, listened, and drove toward resolution with clear intent and care.
The product itself is excellent. After a firmware update and proper setup, I’m now getting outstanding performance—around 650 Mbps download and 350 Mbps upload—with stable MOD IPTV working exactly as expected. Within 24 hours, my experience went from major purchase regret to complete satisfaction.
But what truly stands out is the support team. They are driven, competent, and clearly care about getting it right for the customer. That combination is rare.
TP-Link should be proud of this team. This is what great support looks like.

I wanted to share a quick thanks to the TP-Link team for how they handled the bufferbloat situation on the GE400 Router.
Honestly, it’s been a breath of fresh air dealing with them. Instead of just giving me the usual "restart your router" runaround, the team actually listened and worked hard to get the firmware sorted. They were genuinely nice people to deal with and clearly cared about getting the performance right.
It’s great to see a company that actually backs their gear and stays on top of things until the job is done. Huge props to the team for the help

Accurate suggestion for solving problem
I almost gave up using the camera because of the problem. Hely from online support, with his knowledge, sent me a list of what I should check to solve the problem. I did that, and I found a voltage drop in the power supply to the camera. And that was my fault, because I hooked up different gadgets to the same power adapter. I disconnected them, and the camera started working well again.
