Missing part to an outfit
Bought the Matilda outfit for my daughter on World Book Day. It arrived in good time but was missing a lizard that was supposed to come with the outfit. It was too late to have another one sent. I received a swift response, a sincere apology and compensation for the error. 5 star treatment other than the error.

Great service, great products, great prices
I ordered two costumes and was helped by Alex in customer service as I needed them quickly and the prices were very reasonable.
Alex was amazing the costumes were really good quality and I got a lot of compliments.
An all round wonderful experience and will definitely be using Tickled pink again.
