A complete scam from start to finish! Utter cowboys. Sold me a faulty valve and said drive to see us and we will fix it. Doesn’t matter to these guys what inconvenience. Customer service non existent. Pay double but go elsewhere! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

SCAM they took my money and never sent item. I also paid £7 for quick delivery and still nothing

After ordering a month ago, I have still not received the items, even though they were were supposedly in stock!
I have had no response after trying to contact them with several emails enquiring about my order.
Do not use this company, they clearly have no ethics or morals, and you will not get your items.

Product Never Arrived

Placed an order and received nothing. No replies to emails sent to them.

Do not buy from TPMS Centre.
They'll take your money and you will receive nothing.

I tried to get a refund which was promised by email, multiple requests later, nothing received. Had to go through my bank to raise a dispute and gain refund.

Ordered 2 TPMS Stems 27th Jan 2021 - received nothing after order confirmation
3 x E mails and 1 x Phone message to date -- unanswered
Trading Standards and Visa fraud - will be my next calls
to try and get refunded

Ordered a TPMS valve stem for £7.99 but nothing received after a week. All phone calls and emails go unanswered. Fortunately I had bought with Barclaycard and after completing their fraud form the money was refunded within the week. Try leaving something in the basket and you will get a reminder BUT if you buy you will not receive anything.

Last year I purchased x 2 tyre pressure monitoring sensors and the service was smooth and quick. This year I purchased x 2 more and I experienced the opposite service. The goods were paid for by debit card in April 2020, I received an order confirmation e-mail but never any notification of shipment. I waited patiently for over a month. I then (politely) attempted to contact the business owner multiple times by e-mail, phone, Whatsapp (I had read receipts but he would not respond). Another month went by and then another month. I sent a 'signed for' letter, that the business owner signed for, stating that I now wanted to cancel my order and receive a full refund. I also said said that if I did not receive a full refund within 2 weeks that I would, reluctantly, have no choice but to proceed with legal action to recover the order value and associated costs. I have not received any communications or a refund from the TMPS Centre. Its now the 12th of August, almost 4 months since I placed my order and he (M.Lewis) hasn't communicated with me once. Not a great experience. Very disappointing. I notice that the web site for this company has a 30 day money back guarantee advertised but I would not take any notice of that. It seems that I will have to proceed with legal action to recover the order value, which is a shame because it will cost him more once the court fees are added to the claim.
