T-pop is a really amazing ondemand webstore, with high quality, sustainable products.
Since I started working with them, the costumer service is superb, they respond super quick and are willing to solve your problems in the same speed.

As long as goes well, they are good but very bad when it comes to issues resolutions.
An item supposed delivered to mailbox with no signature. Never received. Post office ask us to reach out to seller. Tpop ignores the law which is clear that seller is responsible to deliver the good bought from their website and refuses to resend a replacement or refund. They have a clause on their website that goes against the law. I have bought often from them and they are the only ones of my suppliers with so poor customer service. Every seller by law is required to have an insurance which cover such cases such as lost items. I m therefore opening an official dispute and stop all business with them. They lost a loyal customer by trying to save 15 euros.
I m taking my business to my other suppliers with 5 stars customer service.

I have had great experience with these services, their support and products. I tried several orders, everything was OK - great; moreover, the quality was exceptional, it has been nice experience including every detail, such as package.
The support was always very helpful, kind, fair and even generous - it has been always lovely experience talking to them. They replied very quickly and constructively. I definitely recommend this company.

Finally a manufacturer which lives up to their sustainable/ethical branding! At T-pop you will find class, professionalism and honesty. Quality products and quality printing/finishing. Highly recommended and five stars from us.

There was a little problem with an order, but they reacted super friendly and helpful. It definitely increased my trust in this company.

Great set of product and services focused on sustainability. Beautiful t-shirts, nice packaging, good prices. Perfect combination for my niche.

It's too bad. The quality of printing and products is good. BUT..

1. Their software keeps making mistakes in delivery pricing. So when a client orders from Etsy, I always need to check the synchronised order: many times the delivery costs is twice the normal price.. (because their software doesn't recognize the country as it should)

2. The support service tells you basically they can't do anything 😅
If the order is already in production, they tell you you can get a refund. It took me monthssss and many mails from me so that they finally give me back the overdue money.
And if the order is not processed yet, they urge you to deal with that by canceling it, and recreating everything manually by yourself. Which is a pain in the ass when you have multiple orders to recreate (then another problem : your client's order is not synchronized anymore on your shop)

3. A lot of delay in production, especially in busy time like Christmas. Many orders were sent late.

I've been using their service since late 2020 and things didn't really change so...
Unless you only do manual orders and don't want to synchronize with your shop, I would definitely not recommend them.

t-pop has an excellent store and all though i would like to see more options displayed in the future i am sure this company is looking into expanding as most would like to see on here. it's items may not be the cheapest but considering rates and shipment times it is definitely worth it. especially with the new eu-vat law it can be tricky, but t-pop found a way in the middle so where we need to cut a loss we gain it with cheaper shipping.

I love T-Pop, i’m so glad I picked them. It’s been a few months now but i’m still very satisfied as per my first review. I initially chose them because I was looking for eco-friendly products and packaging and i’m not disappointed. Now that I had a few orders I can say that my clients have always been satisfied with the quality of the products and the fast shipping. I also love their reactivity when I have a question or request.

I have chosen T-Pop solely because they are eco-conscious. Quality of their products is great, and so is their customer support.

I wish shipping would be faster. It would also be great if courier notifications would be in English by default.

Other than that I can atest T-Pop is an excellent choice.

I'm just starting working with T-Pop, but the first batch of T-shirts I made with them was of great quality with an amazing print. I can definitely see using their service in the future.

I got a problem with shipping delays and the t-pop crew was very helpful, friendly and quick responding. I’m the end I received my order and the printing quality was very nice!

The best PoD in Europe. All of the products are eco-friendly, printing process is eco-friendly and packaging is eco-friendly too! And their customer support is really professional and helpful :)

I chose to work with T-pop because they propose eco-friendly packaging, completely plastic free and I think that's absolutely awesome. The quality of Stanley/Stella t-shirt is outstanding. I loving it! And I can't be more happy about their customer service. Every time I have questions I get direct answer from their team and pretty fast. Always helpful!

My experience with this company is limited so far but they seem first rate. The quality of the sample Tee shirt was really excellent and if I can sell some of my designs I think my shoppers will be very pleased. The eco aspects of all they do are attractive for clients.

Excellent quality of fabrics, printed design as close to the initial graphic as possible, in time fulfillment and shipping.

Great looking prints! Lovely quality of sweaters and t-shirts and I particularly like the Stanley/Stella selection. Support speaks english which is very convenient. T-pop works hard on providing the most ecological and ethical products which is the reason I choice them as a partner.

I absolutely adore T-Pop, not only are they a lovely ethical business but also lovely and friendly!! I have yet to ship my products so we’ll see how their shipping is but I’ve already read the tremendous reviews before deciding to design my products with T-Pop! Highly recommend!
