Spoke to JP who was absolutely amazing
Spoke to JP who was absolutely amazing. He was kind polite and really helpful. He explained each procedure thoroughly and didn’t move to the next until I was sure I understood what he was explaining. He put me at ease as I had been extremely anxious about my pension options. He listened to my concerns and explained at length all of my options and was so helpful throughout the entire call.
