I got stuck in a rut and a friend suggested this. It's a very good programme but I wasn't expecting it to go so deep. I came away with a much better sense of myself and where I want to go. It's my first experience of life coaching and the life coach was really helpful. I may use again
Amazing experience- I wouldn’t have thought about life coaching without a friend mentioning it. Usually I think I’m an independent woman, with my own initiative. I was stuck, needed to change my work life balance and although I am good at helping others, I struggled with what I should do.
Talking to Jan at TQT has helped me re focus on myself, she doesn’t have all the answers but skill-fully guides you towards your own solution. Jan can’t find you a job, but again guides you towards the type of job that may suit your life needs.
